Description of Work: Town and Country Fence installed my fence on May 2014, few months ago I've noticed that one of the doors were out of square, making difficult to open and close the hatch. Call them and they told me somebody will come and look at the problem. Weeks pass and no show up. Called again, this time sales person come to my home andlefty a bussines card on my door, when I contacted him, he said he needs my fence door to be open in order to be inspected. I told him I'll leave the door open, no body show up for couple weeks, but big storm happened and the door get damaged. Called the office agian.One person show up and he told us the whole panel needs to be replaced and he can do it by himself, he said he will come back...two weeks later and my fence door still broke...has been almost 4 months since I called the first time...not calling them any more, now is time to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Description of Work: They came out with a brochure and estimated how much fencing I needed to cover that area and tha cost to do so. |Then they contacted the utilities companies for marking their right=away, arraranged ro an istallation date, requested a 25% deposit, scheduled the date of installation. They arrived on that date and had it completed within several hours. No muss, No fuss. Great Job!!
