The tile is actually marble and not ceramic but there is no other option. Needed to fix a job done by another contractor. The other contractor removed the old shower floor tile and two rows. The tile crew came in and installed the pan and retiled floor and the the two rows on the walls. It looks beautiful and seems to be now angled to go into the drain instead of puddle around the sides.

It was great! I am so excited to use my new bathroom. Michael paid incredible attention to detail in making sure everything was perfect. He is very knowledgeable about how to waterproof everything and make sure there are no issues later on. They were very good about making minimal messes and kept everything very neat when they went home for the night. Each day he walked us through what was accomplished and what the next step would be. He made sure we were completely satisfied at each step before he proceeded. End result is a beautiful bathroom I am very happy to have in my home. Just about perfect. I scored all A's simply because its true. I messaged for a quote appt and they were out within 48 hours. When quoted I as asked a lot of questions which I realize now is to insure the quote is solid. There was not hint or request for increase during or after the job, they knew what to ask so there are no surprises. I was called 30 minutes before the installer arrived letting me know he was on his way, this happened every time they came. When the work was completed for that day the installer went through with me everything that was done and what was next. Everytime I was asked if I was happy and if I had any questions. Throughout the process we were very well informed and the area they worked was kept perfectly cleaned up. I am thrilled we found them and have already referred them out.
