Estimate provided stated they will be providing a grouting service to small kitchen, instead they did caulking. I did not notice until my husband came back from his business trip. A week later they had to come and re do the job since it started to peel off. I paid $300 for a grouting job but got a caulking job that I could of done myself.

The Groutsmith did not deliver the quality grout repair that we contracted for. Instead of replacing the damaged grout with new grout a grout sealer was applied to all grout lines. The grout sealer is cosmetically appealing when first applied but began peeling away the first day it got wet. The old cracked and damaged grout underneath the sealer is still there, revealed again after the sealer peels off like latex paint. The work was done 2 months ago and Warren Stone has not yet attempted to make it right after twice being notified of the unsatisfactory work. Don't take comfort in the warranty, empty promises. Cost of project: $810

My bathroom floor and shower look great. Hard water stains and loose grout had made the bathroom look horrible, but the Groutsmith made it look brand new again. They removed the loose grout and replaced it with new. Warren even gave me the option of changing the color of the grout, which I did. How amazing! The tile even looks new. I highly recommend the Groutsmith for cleaning and repairing grout.

We obviously would have hoped the Homeowner would have provided us with the "Value for the Money", as a 5 STAR rating since the price originally quoted for the work to be completed was exactly the amount collected when the work was done."
