VS Bedridden Senior Citizen Subject:Frigidaire Stove.Food/liquid spilled from pot,became encased in oven door.Visible (unreachable) stain on the oven glass.Odor emanated from the oven for several days. - Customer service rep consistently speaks too quietly (Inaudible). - Teknoton CLT NC was initially sent by Home Depot to repair my stove. - 1st service call tech fixed issue and was asked about cost of replacing oven glass/door.He responded "nothing could be done." - Called the next day rep insisted on $125 inspection.I reminded them about the previous days visit, they set appt to order and replace the entire door.Weeks later no response to calls or email. 1/2 of door appears at our doorstep.Installation day no cohesive plan.Other 1/2 of door still MIA.More Tekniton requests for $125 inspection.Vague promises, and zero resolution. Rep seems (suddenly audible and communicative) undertrained or just uninterested, follow-up communication is nonexistent.

Terrible Experience with Teknoton: GE Dishwasher Service Nightmare I recently moved into a brand-new home built by Taylor Mxxxxxxx, complete with all new GE appliances, including a dishwasher that was supposed to be top-of-the-line. From day one, the dishwasher has been completely non-functional? leaking water, failing to drain... It is under full warranty, yet resolving this has been an absolute disaster thanks to Teknoton, GE authorized service provider. We have had three separate service calls from Teknoton technicians over the past few months, and each time, they have left without fixing the issue. The first visit: they inspected it and said it needed a part. Weeks later, the second call: part installed, but it still did not work. Third call: more poking around, vague promises, and zero resolution. Their techs seem undertrained or just uninterested, and follow-up communication is nonexistent. Every time I call, they act like it is the first they have heard of it

I requested my dryer hose to be replaced, they said they would come out to look at it and order the part. They came, looked at the dryer, and said we don’t order hoses nor do we replace them. Proceeded to charge me anyways. All this could have been avoided if that was stated in the beginning, as opposed to using any excuse to make a buck. Called customer service to complain, and they had the nerve to say, “But we had to come and confirm it was the hose”. I already told you it was the hose, as my cats had nawed at it. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. Shady, unethical business.

They did an outstanding job. The only problem is When I contacted them they couldn't get to my home as quickly as possible. but the technician from Angie's List will send someone out tomorrow.
