We had to order it. it took like two months to get it. The only issue we had was, it took a long time to get the car and no one knew where the car was. They said well it's in Detroit, but well, no it's not. That was the hardest part. I think they said it would take like 8 weeks and I think we got it in 9 or 10 weeks. My wife wanted it in a different color than what they had there, so that's what the issue was. It had to come in on a truck and they called us and said the truck was on the way. Then a week went by and I said I guess the truck got lost or something. They said let me follow up and they said no, it just came off the assembly line. I told them to call me when it got there. That was the only issue but they don't really have control over that. I can't blame them for that. It's hard telling because I don't know what other people paid. I figured out what I wanted to pay and that's what I paid. I went by reading about the markups and went by that. I was satisfied with the price. I went over 127,000 miles on it last week Any issues I've had they've taken care of it.

I felt like I was pressured to use their finance company instead of my own. It took maybe five hours.

I was kind of expensive, like I’ve never had an issue once I’ve gone there and they came through. I would tell others to schedule in advance. The workers are pretty friendly.

They are very punctual and they can get me in when I need to go.

I wanted to do everything over the phone and internet before going to the lot so that I would not have to spend all day on a car lot. They did not have the exact truck I wanted on their lot and AJ and Will worked very hard to find me a truck with all the options I wanted and their finance manager worked very hard to get the financing I wanted. They found the truck I wanted, we went in and signed the papers and they went and picked up the truck from West Virginia and I was able to pick it up the very next day. Everything was very comfortable and smooth with the whole process and I never felt like I was being pressured at all.

I thought the salesman was very personable. There was no pressure from him. Actually, I picked him out from Angie's list. He was good. I was impressed with the whole dealership. I did have one or two little questions the day or so after I purchased it, and they held it with zero problems. There was no issue with the oil change even though it was a minor service.
