 + -1 moreTHIS WAS THE EASIEST MORTGAGE I HAVE EVER OBTAINED. WITH SELF-EMPLOYMENT AND ALL OF THE COMPLICATIONS OF APPLYING FOR A MORTGAGE, I WAS EXPECTING THE WORST, BUT RYAN MADE IT SOOO EASY! WE GAVE HIM THE INFORMATION AND HE WORKED WITH A VARIETY OF LENDERS TO MAKE SURE WE GOT THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. CLOSING WAS SO SMOOTH TOO. OUR HUD STATEMENT WAS CORRECT THE FIRST TIME I SAW IT. THEIR PROCESS WAS SO SMOOTH, ESPECIALLY SINCE WE USED SOUTHGROUP REALTY TOO! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
