Door Service
PURCHASED DOORS FROM SOUTHERN DOORS. (COST $250.) WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR DELIVERY. COMPANY RECOMMENDED BRAD PAGE CARPENTRY FOR INSTALLATION. BRAD DID AN ABYSMAL JOB OF INSTALLING THE DOORS AND LOCKS. (COST $350.) HE WRECKED THE MOLDING AND CUT THE DOOR UNEVENLY. REP FROM SOUTHERN DOOR CAME OUT TO INSPECT AFTER I COMPLAINED TO THEM. THEY AGREED WORK NEEDED CORRECTED AND PROMISED TO SEND BRAD PAGE CARPENTRY BACK OUT. BRAD NEVER SHOWED AND REPEATED CALLS TO SOUTHERN DOORS WENT UNRETURNED. I ENDED UP HIRING ANOTHER COMPANY TO MAKE REPAIRS, WHICH WERE EXTENSIVE AND COSTLY.
