I spoke with Michael several times about my needs- in particular the appliance moving which would require disconnecting. Multiple times he was told that I had a 48" gas range and a 48" SubZero refrigerator. I was assured this would be no problem that appliances were handled readily. The day of the move the 2 gentleman that came were shocked when the appliances were mentioned and said they would not be able to handle them. The furniture they moved was done professionally, timely, and I had no issues with that. The workers were very apologetic for the misrepresentation to me with regard to the appliances. Michael's lies about the company's ability to handle the appliances created major problems for me since the flooring was to begin in 2 days ands I was left scrambling for other options last minute.

"Hello [Member Name Removed]. I investigated that situation. There was mutual misunderstanding or misrepresented information. My guys did not want to work with 48" gas range because that job was required special license. We can do any type of job, hook and unhook refrigerators, appliances, etc unless no special license required. Because its not only illegal to work without special license, its criminal. Guys did not want to risk be charged by arrest or custody. I do not know what was the reason they refused to move refrigerator, because we hook , unhook and move them everyday, but it must be a serious reason why they refused. Too much time passed . I did not receive phone complain (filled out claim form). We have few managers who working with customers over the phone, but I did not receive official claim that is why the situation was not investigated right away. We do not do job which required special licenses (electric, gas, etc) and I doubt that any other moving company will do this"
