He comes out once a year to service our lawn mower. His work is so good that we could almost skip a year. He is a really good person. His prices and work are excellent! He is a wonderful man. We look forward to him coming out and working on our mower. He is prompt. He is just wonderful and his work is impeccable. He is a delight to be around. I don't say that very often about people that come to your house for work. He does whatever he needs to do to keep it going since it is so old. It is neat that he knows how to work on that sort of thing.

Heinrich arrived at the date and time promised. He did the maintenance as scheduled, but the lawnmower still was not running properly. He found that the seal around the carburator was not good, and he had to order one to fit my mower. He returned one week later and finished the job.

Ricky was on time, did great work, and I was satisfied. I rated Ricky a B overall, as the price was higher than I expected. We did not discuss price beforehand, so this was my mistake. I would hire Ricky again without hesitation.

My guiding tractor wasn’t working and I couldn’t figure out why, but he could. He is very personable and an expert at small engine repair. He just instinctively knows what to do. He did it quickly and did it right there at my house. He is just excellent and very reasonably priced too. I had called him to come, but then on that day it had started to rain. I would not have expected him to come in the rain because my lawn tractor was out in the garage and had stopped running. He came anyway. I went out and told him that I really didn’t expect him to show up. He looked at me and said if he makes a promise to come he’d come. He is a really great guy. I fully intend to continue to use him. When my lawn tractor breaks down, and I am sure it will at some point, he would be the guy that I would call.

Ricky was extremely helpful and made a couple trips to my place to determine the work/parts needed as well as engineering a creative solution to fix a belt tensioner problem that was causing my belts to wear out prematurely. He did a great job in making and explaining the repairs as well fixing other issues with my lawn tractor that have extended its useful life. He was also very flexible in working around my schedule.

Called him Tuesday am and we agreed on a schedule for later in the week for Thursday @ 1:30pm. He took my info except my phone # which should of been my 1st clue. Before hanging up I ensured he had my phone # and to call if any issues occur. He never called to tell me he would be late or if it would be an issue. He showed up at 2:45pm while I was in the middle of a conference call and continue to knock and knock. I decided to let him conduct the service. My mistake, his tardiness and his 1970s rusty/cluttered van should of told me stop but I guess I am to nice of a guy. After it was done I noticed he did not change the oil filter and air filter(I marked them when I have any outside maintenance work, including my autos) and asked why. He mentioned that the oil filter can last 2 oil changes and the air filter looked clean and costs $28. I told him I expected both to be changed during my yearly service as it is part of the JD maintenance kit. Now I wonder if he even changed the spark plug and what kind of oil he used. Now I am going to change the oil and filters myself before I use the mower. So, I thought since he only did basic work and very little material (sharpened existing blades, changed oil, added some grease) it was not going to cost that much.... $175 bill.... never again.

"Again I would like to appologize to member for being late for our appointment.I did not know that there was two Monroe Rd in the county. I got confused and I explained what happened. I have been so accustom to customers trusting my judgement in the service and repair of their equiptment, that I take it for granted the not everyone would appreciate me not adding another $34.70+ tax (air filter $23.75+and oil filter $10.95+) to their bill, which would have taken, maybe 10 min. and was not really needed at this time, since the mower is new, only 50hrs, expecially in this present economic climate. So once again, my sincere apology."

I believe that Ricky comes to the site to make repairs (doesn't pick up or deliver), and that was fine with us because we had no way to get the mower to him. I like the "old-fashioned" feel of having someone come out and just fix something in the back yard--no computers, nothing fancy--just a man who know how things work and can figure out how to fix them. Reasonable price, too.

I called Heinrich on a Friday not expecting him to be able to get to my mower on that day but he was able to come after 3:00pm I was a little late getting back and he was waiting when I pulled up in the drive about 15 minutes late. He was courteous and very personable. I appreciated his coming here to do the work instead of my having to take the mower into a shop. He educated me about what caused the problem and helped me to know how to prevent in the future.

Ricky is very professional. He keeps my old lawnmower working. His fees are very reasonable, he saves me from lugging my lawnmower someplace else, and he stands behind his work. If there is a problem - I had one, once long ago when I felt that it still was not running smoothly - he promptly returns and makes the necessary adjustments.

Already had taken lawn mower to another dealer and they charged me and did not fix. Ricky just looked at them and said they had carborator issues, cleaned both lawn mower and blower and both work GREAT now. Was about to toss into trash- now both working without problems. Saved lot more than I spent on Ricky.

We traded voicemails for a day or two, but when we caught up with each other Ricky offered to come over that afternoon, a Friday. I couldn't make that, but we agreed he'd come Monday morning. He arrived on time and got right to work. When he finished after an hour or so, he explained what he had done and taught me how to tell when the mower blade needed to be replaced He also showed me the difference between a Honda air filter and a Briggs and Stratton air filter, which he said are work equally well even though the Briggs and Stratton filter costs about $2 less. I really appreciate Heinrich taking the time to teach me about the mower so I can take better care of it, and I'll definitely call him again if I need mower repair.

Ricky is a genius with small motors. He absolutely will not give up until your mower is working again. After 2 on-site visits, he actually took ours back to his shop and got it working. He is a pleasure to work with. We can not say enough good things about him.

He arrived at the time agreed to. He promptly went to work and did an excellent job on all the tools, thus the high rating for quality of service. He did not sharpen a chain saw and an electric trimmer, indicating that they did not need any sharpening, but he did check them over and found that some screws and bolts needed adjusting and he showed me what he had done and why. I was extremely pleased with his honesty, quality and professionalism, all provided at a very reasonable price for work performed on site. Will recommend Rick to neighbors and friends.

I called two days before, said he would be at my house at noon on Firiday and he was 10 minutes early. He confirmed the diagnosis, took the "drive" gear box apart and filled it with grease and got the drive system operating again. In addition he removed the wheels and cleaned/lubricated the drive bearings. The work was complete in less than 30 minutes!!

Initially thought there was a problem with the engine, but after thorough inspection determined that was not the case. Spent 2 hours on the mower and cleaned up after himself.

I left a message requesting mower service and Ricky returned my call within 24 hours. We set up a date and time which was dependent on the weather since Ricky performs the service at your location. The weather was perfect and Ricky arrived at my house right on time. I was very pleased with the service and price. Ricky was very professional and I plan to use him again for the mower's annual service. The fact that he comes to your location and has Saturday hours is wonderful!
