Ricky answered the call promptly and was able to come to the house within 1 or 2 days. For the lawnmower, he cleaned the carburetor, replaced primer bulb, replaced fuel line and replaced the spark plug. He even sharpened and straightened the blade.
For the trimmer, he replaced the spark plug, cleaned the air filter and replaced the old fuel.
Both devices now run as good as they were when new.

Ricky called the day he got my message and came over that afternoon. My lawn mower was dying a slow and painful death, and I was sure it was beyond repair. The first thing he did, change a much overdue air filter, immediately gave my mower new life! He sharpened the blade, changed the oil (also much overdue), fixed the broken self-propelled cable, as well as a few other things I hadn't noticed were wrong. The poor mower that I had given up on, is now purring like a kitten....if I didn't know better, I'd think it was a brand new mower.
I got a much deserved, good natured lecture on the importance of yearly service, and I will definately heed that advice. I will be calling Ricky again next year for service, and would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone I know!!!!!

Dropped the trimmer off at Ricky's home. He was punctual warm and responsive and listened closely. He's very busy so it took a few weeks - in part because he had to order the part and the part was missing a screw when it arrived. I certainly don't blame him for that. Trimmer works like a charm. Costs $100 to repair a $200 trimmer that was a few years old but I think there's value there.
I would certainly recommend Ricky. I appreciate his work - the quality of the work and the service.

Ricky was punctual and friendly and did a great job reviving our old lawnmower. He had all the parts he needed with him, and was done in less than an hour. It was great not having to load the lawnmower in the trunk of the car.

Heinrich has been tuning and taking care of my mower for the last 4 years. I love that he comes to my home to do the work; I do not have to get the mower to him. He is usually punctual but if is delayed he calls. He works around my schedule as well. The mower is always in tip top shape when he is done.

Heinrich does great work, he's professional and punctual and it's great to have someone come to your house to service the lawn mower versus having to haul it somewhere. Highly recommend!

While mulching a large pile of leaves, the belt overheated which caused the leaves that were pushed over the mowing deck to smolder. One pulley got so hot that as the belt was spinning it rimmed out a hole and became detached from the spindle. I waited until spring to get it repaired.
I called Rickey. He came out promptly, saw the condition of the mower, explained what needed to be repaired. He ordered the parts and repaired the mower. He also performed routine maintenance. While checking out the mower with the blade engaged, he heard a strange noise. Upon further inspection he said the bearings on one of the blade spindles needed to be replaced and the other may need to be replaced soon. He ordered the parts and replaced one. About a month later, I had to call him back to replace the second one. He was very knowledgeable and he did the work on-site. That saved a substantial pick-up charge others had quoted. Very pleased with the work.

He looked at my lawn mower and gave me a quick evaluation. He explained what the problem was and advised it would cost more to fix the lawn mower than it was worth. He also gave me some suggestions on what type of mower to buy. I would use him again

Ricky was a pleasure to talk with and is very knowledgeable about small engines.

First call was Monday, the 21st. He was out and said he'd return my call the next day if not before 6pm that day. No call Tuesday. I called again Wednesday morning and left a message with someone. He returned my call that afternoon and we decided on Thursday afternoon at 4:30. At 6:20 he calls as he is on his way asking if it's too late. We had guests coming that night so had to reschedule for Friday. I made the point that I am accommodating, but you have to communicate with me to let me know if you'll be late as it was almost 2 hours later. He was polite, apologetic and said he understood. We agreed upon Friday afternoon no later than 5pm. I was pulling out of the driveway at 5:20 when he arrived. I told him I could not wait, and did not feel comfortable leaving the mower out per his suggestion. I told him perhaps I need to find someone else. I gave him another chance for and quot;first thingand quot; on Wednesday. At 11:45 he arrived (no prior phone call with ETA) and worked on the unit (I had to leave at 12:40 and he stayed as someone else was here). He performed all of the services and I think the price was pretty fair, but it was a lot of effort and was disappointing to struggle that much to just make it work. He's a very nice man, but I am kind of a stickler about advanced notice. We have small children and I need to just have a heads up about arrival times so I can better plan for them (use the time most wisely). The usage of the mower will tell if the service itself was good - I'm assuming it will be as he seemed very knowledgable. I appreciated the fact that he came to me, but it ended up being a hassle and a 10-day ordeal.

Went well. He checked for and ruled out simple problems first, which I appreciated, then when he found the problem fixed it pretty quickly. Even when faced with a complication (a gasket would not properly re-seat), he was able to adapt and get the repair done in a timely fashion. I'll definitely use him again for future small engine repairs.

I had begun a repair on my old Toro push mower and couldn't get it to run properly.  I called and left a message for Ricky's On-Site Services on Wednesday afternoon.  He called me on Thursday morning and came to my house that afternoon.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair.  The mower now runs great!  He charged $65.00 for a service call.  No parts were required.  I found Ricky to be knowledgeable about the mower and very personable.  I will highly recommend his services to my friends and neighbors.

Everything went very well. I would recommend him to neighbors and friends.

He came on time and did the work. His price was a little high, however.

He arrived at our home, got our lawnmower ready for spring and summer, and left the work area clean. He is a very reliable and personable individual.
