I inquired about having my outside wooden steps replaced. Pedro at RA got back to my request within a few hours and an appointment was set for a few days later. Pedro and his assistant showed up on time and did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier.

Pedro did a fantastic job! Called back promptly, gave a fair estimate. Started the next day and completed job on time! Offered the materials receipt immediately and didn't try to pad the final invoice. Final cost was exactly what he quoted. Will happily recommend Pedro to anyone!

He was over an hour late, then did shoddy repairs and didn't even paint my porch wood as agreed upon. He was supposed to repair/replace any rotten wood and paint everything.
