Mr. Watkins was prompt, friendly and very professional. He showed us exactly what was wrong, gave us options for repair and some advice for future care of our current appliances and future purchases. He worked quickly and efficiently and we were back in business (doing laundry) the same day. I would absolutely recommend Quick Quality Repair for appliance repairs.

I called quick quality fix and Alex called back and came to my house shortly thereafter on a Saturday. He was extremely helpful and understanding. He fixed my problem and got my refrigerator working even though as I said I made the problem worse. He gets my absolute Highest recommendation. His price was great, he cleaned up and gave me pointers on how to take care of my refrigerator.

I went to another site and stated my problem. The technician Alex Watkins called me within 5 minutes and we scheduled an appointment the same day to look at the dryer. He arrived exactly to the minute on time and before he started looking at the dryer he stated how much the service fee $65.00 was going to be and how much the labor charge $130.00 was going to be if I decided to have the dryer repaired. The service fee was waived if he repaired the dryer.
This was a Samsung stackable dryer located in a small closet. He was able to get the the back of the dryer and disassemble the dryer and determine what part, a thermofuse, needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and reassembled the dryer so that we could still use the washing machine. He came back the next day with the part, disassembled the dryer, replaced the part, reassembled the dryer and then checked to make sure that the dryer worked properly in all settings. He even ran the washing machine through a cycle as the drum has a problem with the spin cycle and he told me that the cost of repairing the washing machine was too much comparing the price verse the price of a new dryer. He did not charge me for this diagnosis.
