Just a service call.

My water heater failed on a Sunday and they were out the next morning to take a look. First told me that they could do the repair on Tuesday but called back later and said they could come out that same day. Received several follow up calls to make sure everything was working well.

Overall great work by the team. We hired them to come out and install a drain because my driveway kept pooling water when it rained. So they (really just one guy) installed a catch basin and drain to the backyard. We haven't had a rain since, so can't comment on overall quality yet. But I did wash the driveway and the water went to the backyard. They came in at about half price as another company offering the same work. They came out, quote a good price, and did the work all in about 3 days.

I hired Mr. Rooter to come and diagnose/repair a leak around my tub. Matthew arrived on time and carefully adhered to social distancing and disinfection guidelines since this is during the Corona virus outbreak. After making a thorough inspection he indicated that my plumbing problem might have caused damage beneath the fixtures and in fact it had. This important discovery and disclosure meant I had to bring in a mitigation company to prevent further damage. What a huge help this was from Matthew even though it meant delaying his plumbing work. This is the second time I have used Mr. Rooter and my first experience with technician Lazlo was just as good. I strongly recommend you consider Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs. They have been responsive, professional, skilled, honest, and fairly priced. I will definitely be calling them for my next plumbing need. Thank you Matthew, Lazlo, and Mr. Rooter!

A team removed a leaking tank hot water heater and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. My house is 45 years old and all projects end up being a bit more difficult then on a newer house. The team assessed the existing infrastructures for two HVAC units, a gas dryer, and washer pipes in the utility room. They came up with a plan that Worked around all these vents and wires. They ordered the unit and venting and began working. It was a two day installation because of the Covid delay on shipping the item. After removing the old tank, they installed the new wiring and turned my water on for use in the house overnight. The rest of the project went very smoothly. Ryan stayed with the job the entire time. The owner and another technician came by periodically to see if anything was needed. I couldn t be happier with the job. They cleared all job materials at the end of each day. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for anyone replacing hot water heaters, cleaning laundry drains , and repairing leaking toilets because after they finished the hot water heater, I hired them to come back and do two additional jobs at my house.

The representative, Matthew, and the installer, Laszlo, were great to work with. Their professionalism and dedication to a quality customer service and installation were great. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anybody looking to install a tankless water heater.

Plumbing issues are never good. Especially ones that require extensive troubleshooting just to understand what repairs are needed. My 1940’s house provided some real complexities identifying my sewer line issue. After receiving multiple rough estimates and quotes from other companies, Mr. Rooter sent Matthew Smith. He spent a good amount of time digging in to the possible causes and solutions, keeping me aware of what my options would be along the way. It took a video inspection to narrow it down. Once diagnosed, Matthew provided a recommendation, advised me of what it would take to fix, and the cost of the repair. The price was fair based on the other estimates I received, and the work was exceptional. Did what they said they were going to do and more. I can’t recommend this company, and especially Matthew, more. I had an unavoidable negative and expensive repair, but the experience with them exceeded all expectations.

Appt window was 1 to 3, but ended up being around 5:30. Dave from Mr Rooter kept in contact to let me know the status, and final call was to let me know Jason was on his way. Jason was great and quick with repair, after he gave the quote. I have no complaints and recommend this company. Date of service: 03/06/19

Joey handled our entire project from quotation to installation to follow-up. We were completely satisfied and his diligence helped us gain confidence as this was our very first experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing Co. We would recommend both Home Advisor that directed us to their service as well as this contractor.

After being away for 5 weeks, I returned home to a clogged kitchen drain. Joey Whitt worked for more than 5 hours to clean my 30 year old pipes, determined not to leave until he was sure I was clear.
