Description of Work: Cut down two large trees close to the house and cleaned up other branches overhanging the house as well as dead wood. House is 4 stories so they were way up there. Did a very nice job. Although I gave them a B on price I was completely satisfied with the work, the communication etc...top notch supplier.

Description of Work: Higher quote than I received from others but much more detailed. He knows his trees and what they need and, after a review and discussion, had him service entire yard of large trees (approx 17 trees had work). Did a wonderful job. Showed up as promised with a ton of equipment and removed two large dead trees and pruned remainder. Cleaned up all debris. Would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Bob Lubbers responded to my phone inquiry the same day. He came out to meet me, looked over the job, provided a firm quote, and we agreed on an approx date about a week out to do the work. Next week, Bob called ahead, arrived at lunchtime Wednesday, finished up before lunchtime Thursday. Piedmont Tree Experts took down 2 large southern hackberry trees ) 45-50' tall 18-24" daimeter), plus one small one. Largest tree was 15' from the home, requiring some careful, precise work. Also ground out that stump, as this tree was located in the lawn. Pruned and cleaned the deadwood out of 6 additional mature trees, 3 requiring climbing with rope, tackle equipment, and tools. All limbs and debris were removed, most all of it ground up on site. Very professional crew, and Bob is a good guy, a certified arborist who knows his stuff. He even walked the property with me to identify some of the largest, oldest trees. Price was very reasonable, compared to two other companies, one also with a staff arborist, who provided an estimate. I WILL call on Piedmont Tree Experts again!

We have worked with Bob for several years and have large, mature oak trees that require yearly pruning and other maintenance. He has always given us a range of options to work within our budget while taking good care of our trees. He goes out of his way to provide excellent, timely service. We are so glad to have a professional we can count on especially with drought and storm conditions recently. Thanks, Bob!
