I called around all over the place and I got prices over $1000 until I got to Penske which was under $500. One way it was cheaper than anything else. The truck ran beautifully. They stood by their word. The truck was in good repair. There wasn't anything wrong with it, it was clean. Pick up and drop off was easy, no hassle, except I filled the gas tank up and they wouldn't give me a refund on the gallons that I put in there.

Good prices especially with AAA discount. The equipment was pretty new and in good conditions. Ordering was easy, and in their shop they were professional, nice and helpful. I'd happily use again.

They were "Johnny On the Spot." They were very organized, and we were able to walk in and sign the papers and walk out. We didn't have to wait in line at all.

They offered the best rate and I was able to drop the truck off in the city I moved my son to. Our experience with Penske was excellent. They were very professional.

I called for rental prices for a small truck to take some furniture to Raleigh. They asked for my phone number and I hesitated to give it to them but did. A while later Lenay (from another Penske office) called to give me a better deal than the one I was originally offered. It turned out that I didn't need it that weekend. A couple weeks later I called Budget and got an estimate of $129 plus tax. I called Lenay back and she rented us a clean, mechanically sound truck that was 2 feet longer than the Budget truck for $98 plus tax, totalling $114 with unlimited miles.
