I contacted Pacific after having some other company do my sprinkler service for several years. I became unhappy. You know the good feeling when you need someone to do service work at your home and their work is excellent. This is how I felt after watching Mason work. Highly recommend Pacific Sprinklers.

Have always had a great experience with them & particularly with Mason. I use them every year for winterization & spring startup and they do a great job & are very quick (even when I've had heads needing replaced &/or leaks in the PVC pipe feeder lines). I would absolute recommend them 100% and ask for Mason - he's amazing. I literally text him with questions and he responds quickly!

They adjusted and repaired the items that I had requested. However, their comprehensive system check was not completed as advertised. I know for a fact my valve pumps and switches were never looked at because they are still buried under dirt and mud. If your charging for an inspection, please complete it as advertised.

Quick. If you order a startup that is all they do. The guy also did not recommend maintenance plan and said they only do service and no install. Maybe I should have called them before ordering startup.

Bought a house in August that had a sprinkler system and I recently found out you should get it winterized. Pacific was easy to setup and schedule with, reasonably priced, and the rep that came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He even alerted me to some damaged areas and let me know this is something we can look at further in the Sprint. Overall a great experience.

Pacific was on time at the time promised. The repair job went quickly. The technician, Mason, was knowledgeable and customer friendly. I had 2 sprinkler heads replaced and 2 heads readjusted in the ground. $135. Sprinkler heads were $7 each. 20 minutes of labor.
