Spoke by phone, and made the appointment. Thought we set the appointment up for Wednesday, they didn't show. I called and left a message, they called back first thing the next morning and apologized. They had it for the next day. No big deal for me, they were very punctual and polite while here, didn't have paperwork for me, again no big deal, asked if they could send me estimate the day. Rec'd estimate, they came in at a reasonable price. Will be making a decision soon.

Paul and Risa were very professional and provided a comparable (though not lowest) quote as well as excellent materials. He provided a very accurate of the time it would take for the completion of the fence encompassing my back yard. Paul also took the time to review the layout and the best overall appearance and location to get the most out of my fenced area. I would definitly recommend (and I have) this company and use them for future jobs.

Risa was very easy to talk to. Explained the steps we needed to take. The company was on time and there when promised. I did have a small problem later on and they immediately came out and repaired it. I highly recommend this company. It is not about if you are gonna have problems, it is about how that company resolves it. This company stands by it's word !!!!!!

It was a great experience. Their quote was extremely reasonable (one quote was three times as expensive) and they were prompt, professional and very responsive. Paul and Risa make a great team and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They even repaired another section of our fence and hauled away all of the destroyed fencing for us, and they did their work efficiently and in a very timely manner. From the estimate to the finished product, this is a grade A company! Eric came out to do my estimate (without charge) on the date agreed and on time. While at my house he did all the necessary measurements etc and then started to listen to what I wanted in my fence. As we talked about what I wanted he came up with ideas and solutions that I never knew existed and would have never thought of! He was very knowledgeable. The kicker for me was when he suggested a different color for the fence. I was not so sure about it but when he showed me the bronze color I knew he was right! My wife loved it and it is what we choose. He also suggested that we angle the fence in one area to better use the space. Then suggested to add a ?removable? section so I could get larger equipment into the backyard if needed (bobcat, truck etc). All great ideas that made the finished product great. We ran into a little hiccup when my HOA was dragging their feet on giving me the permit to build but P. Saylor patently waited for the approval letter to come! As soon as the letter was received, they were out within the week. Communication was wonderful by both phone and email. The finished product was so good that my landscaper asked for their info to use in future jobs! I will definitely suggest them to anyone looking for a fence. Truly deserving of their ?A? rating!

It was a fantastic experience. They communicated very well. They were on time and completed the job ahead of time. We recommend them highly. Not only was Paul very professional & punctual, but the office was as well. They were delight to work with.

Mrs. Saylor responsed to our request for an estimate by visiting our property and discussing the work with us. She also provided us with a professional packet with references and a customer checklist. The next day after her visit she emailed us with pictures showing us all the different fence options they provide and spent alot of time with us on the phone discussing each option. She was so patience with us. They worked with our schedule and worked to fit us in for the job during the time we requested it to be done. Mr. Saylor and his team began the work and completed it in three days. He and his team were very friendly and down to earth. We felt very comfortable with them. We are very impressed with the overall friendly, warm and professionalism this company gave us and we will certainly use them again. We highly recommend The Saylor Fence Company for your fencing needs at reasonable price.

Paul and his helper installed approximately 6' x 24' of 2 rail aluminum fence with single gate. They encountered irrigation pipes while digging post holes and had to work around them by notching one post. Within a week the fence was leaning in that one area. This was during the coldest part of winter when winds, rain, and even some snow deterred him from completing the job for approximately a month but when the weather allowed, he fixed the problem by raising the level of cement in the post hole. The fence is now sturdy, solid and beautiful. We are very pleased with their "can do" attitude and attention to detail.

They were very professional. They were punctual as well. The price was competitive, and they were easy to deal with.

Everything turned out wonderfully. The fence is great, and they were kind enough to haul away all of the debris and trash. They came and gave us the estimate, and their price was great. They made a lot of helpful suggestions and Risa, the owner, was very professional and very nice. They were quite attentive and got back with us quickly. They were just fantastic, and the new gate and touch-up work made the rest of the fence look great. They were here when they said they would be, they got the work done in the timeline they estimated, and there were extremely friendly throughout the entire process. We could not be happier with their work and would certainly use them again.

The entire experience from the estimate to the final touches was excellent. Paul accurately scoped the job and performed the work along with a couple of other coworkers. Rita always responded within a day with answers to questions and helped us choose the fence design we would love. Paul always verified the layout with me before installing each segment of my design. He also helped educate me on repairing my irrigation system that was unfortunately located along one side of my property (he presented options and helped me choose the best solution).

What a great experience this was. I got three estimates for my new fence and although P Saylor was not the lowest, it was very competitive. I decided on Paul and Risa based upon the time spent to calculate the estimate, full detail he gave both verbally and in writing on the estimate, and the good reports found on Angie's list! We scheduled the fence install for late June, but due to a last minute opening they were able to start the job earlier. Within just a few days I had a great quality split rail fence with black vinyl coated mesh (which looks great and no cuts for the kids!) I would reccommend everyone to give Paul and Risa Saylor a call,if they are thinking of purchasing a fence. The team did an outstanding job!

Vinyl fencing installed by Lowe's several years ago. One gate was broken and the hardware on the other 2 made them virtually unusable. They came out and gave an estimate, discussed options. Had to postpone repair because of the weather, but when the rain finally stopped, they came out on a Saturday and completed all of the work - it is flawless.

Paul and his crew were very timely, professional and more! They did their work on time and as promised. Resa is Pauls wife and mgr in the office and she is excellent to deal with. I would send anyone to them without hesitation.

He came out and when I called he came out within 24 hours. He gave us an estimate and gave us a date and he finished the job by when he said. It was wonderful and I just can't say enough about him. He struck me as very professional I was very impressed.
