The worst contractor ever! After over two years trying to get this completed it has never been completed. I finally got fed up and fired the guy. On top of that what was done is falling apart. I have never ever had this experience with previous contractors. If I had known his work was so shabby I never would have hired him. Beware ... he took forever, never finished, said he was coming and never showed up or called multiple times and does very shabby work. Don't give him a dime until the job is complete or better yet don't hire him.
