OnTrac responded promptly on Sunday during tropical storm Florence as our garage door was stuck down with a broken spring. The spring break caused the opener to break as well. Both were replaced at reasonable cost and we could use our garage again. We replaced our opener with a much better model. I would hire again.

The tech came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the doors so that they would open smoothly. He was great at communicating with me and explained the whole process. He then provided me with garage door openers and programmed them for me. I really appreciated the service and I was very pleased.

Ryan was very professional and courteous. He took time to try and repair the unit whereas the other company made a quick decision that it couldn't be repaired. He gave me quotes for 2 different options and said he could install immediately. Very happy with everything. He installed a new unit for more than $100 less than the other company quoted me for the same equipment.
