Well the tech was good and explained things. He was here 25 minutes and come to find out he did not have a gfi switch on his truck so he had to leave to go get one. Hard to believe a company like this and experienced people don't have that switch on the truck not like it is a uncommon switch. This job took the tech 10 minutes to do. Actual work time altogether maybe 20 minutes. Those switches at HD cost $45 to $50. They charged me for the job $407. That is ridiculously high price. My opinion $250 would have been more then fair. Why do I pay for the half an hour he was not here. 10 to 20 minutes work time. Very unhappy will not call them back.

When Luis and Jamie troubleshooted they found several problems. I also requested their help to install a ceiling fan and a bathroom light fixture. They did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were very professional and friendly. Definitely hiring again.

Tommy came up with multiple options for the future work I was requesting and made reasonable recommendations. We were having issues with flickering and dimming lights throughout the house, contacted them for diagnostic. Fixed a minor issue in panel but they couldn’t find the reason for the flicker, suggested we replace dimmer switches but only a few rooms had dimmers. Two days later the condition worsened, did a Google troubleshooting search and found the suggestion to contact power company to have them check the power coming into the house. Duke ran a diagnostic and found we did have an issue between the pole and the house. Took several hours but Duke said the problem was fixed. So far, so good. We feel that this option should have been mentioned when no problem was found in our electrical panel.
