The entire process was great! Our call was returned by Christine the same day and we scheduled a visit by Ron Woods, owner, to look at the work requested to develop a proposal. We received the proposal shortly after and it was very detailed so we scheduled the work. We asked Ron if he could do the ceiling fans first and come back for the other work which he agreed to do. Ron showed up at the agreed time and installed all 6 fans and left no marks on the ceiling as I would have done. He came back with one of his employees to install the four outlets which included wiring one to the panel to support a fridge in garage. The last install was the under cabinet lighting. This wasn't an easy project but he got it done and it came out looking great. We had a bulb go out in one of the lights and contacted Ron as the bulbs were supposed to be long lasting. No Shorts responded to my call quickly, coming out and checking the fixture, not just the bulb. They replaced the fixture as part of their promise to back what they do. Very pleased with that. We have used No Shorts on a previous home remodel and general electrical work and refer them as much as possible. Ron is very engaging, communicates well, and is very knowledgeable. His employees are professional and we don't worry about leaving them in the house to work if we need to go off. Will use tem again for sure.

He does great work and I'll stay with him! He can typically finish the bigger jobs in about 2 days, and I've never had any issues with his work. There were no issues with scheduling, either. His staff is very consistent and they're worked for him for years. I'd definitely recommend him.

I highly recommend Ron Woods of No Shorts Electric. He not only took care of our electrical problem right away, but he was also great to deal with. He had all of the necessary parts on his truck, so no time was wasted ordering parts. He completed the work quickly and professionally. He explained what had happened with our breaker box in clear, easy to understand terms. We have contacted him for additional work as a result of our wonderful experience with him at our new house in Monroe. The previous work done was in Charlotte.
