Concrete Driveway: Originally, the office received one picture of a specific area which the installers cleaned the day after when they returned to replace the one board with a small chip on the edge. Later the client provided additional pictures to multiple emails, and the case was escalated to the Director of Operations hence why the client didn't receive answers to all emails, instead her concerns were addressed in one email to improve communications. We are currently working with a contractor that offers a specialized method to remove the marks and should be able to perform the cleaning next week. Baseboards and Shoe molding: Painting of the primed-white shoe molding and baseboards is an optional service at an additional cost. The customer elected to do so which was performed accordingly. The company does not offer sanding services for baseboards, and nowhere in the contract or notes in the system was that request ever captured. The company performed its job in accordance to the agreement. Sale advertised: Often the company runs specials and offer up to 40% off. The client was given the best price available at the time, and unfortunately her choice did not qualify for a 40% off at the time of purchase. It is important to emphasize the office has been in contact with the customer from day one, evidenced on the promptness of the board replacement and driveway cleaning, and now as we continue to work to resolve the driveway impasse."
