The price was reasonable and they did a great job. The workers were good. Carla was excellent to work with. Monica, the receptionist, was very easy to work with. The company was very easy to work with and they worked with my schedule. They laid the wood down first and then they had to wait for the kitchen to be put in to come back and finish it. It took about a month for them to be able to come back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend them.

I went into their shop on a whim because I was going to the coffee shop next door. I had been shopping for flooring for 4 years, and remembered their name from Angie's list. Monica was the person in the shop and she was very sweet and helpful. I took home a few samples, the guy came out to measure the next day and that was it! I finally had a floor picked out and the installation was set up for two weeks later, because a holiday was in there. I was very happy that they could work around our baby grand piano. Other companies said I needed to get a mover in and take the piano out and have it put back after the floor was in. That was going to cost me and extra $600 that I didn't want to spend. The workmen were nice, did a great job and were fast. They even moved a heavier piece of furniture for us. It was supposed to be a possible two day job, but was in fact one day. They were careful with the piano and cleaned up well. I am pleased with the job and my flooring.

I am totally thrilled with my new floor and their service. They began the installation exactly when they promised, the price was exactly as promised, and the quality is outstanding! It took just under five days to complete the entire installation, which included their clean-up and moving of furniture. I found them at the Spring Home Show and had many discussion with Carlo over six months while I made my decision. He was very patient and courteous. Daniel and the other workmen worked extremely hard to get it done on time, coming early and staying very late. Carlo worked with me to find an affordable stone, and the result is just gorgeous. Also, for the first time since I've lived in the house, my feet are toasty warm. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I spent over three months shopping for a vendor to install both wood and tile/stone for my (large) living room, entry & closet, wet bar and dining room. Most vendors handle either one or the other. I received several bids for this work using various materials including laminate, wood, slate and linoleum. I even checked prices for installation of separately purchased materials. Charlotte Flooring & Design had the best overall price by far, beating the next best by 20%. In addition to the excellent price, their installation went very quickly; one day for the wood, one (long) day for the slate. They were on time, courteous and hard working. Their service included moving my furniture, some quite heavy, as needed to make room for the installation. They were detail oriented and did a very good job in tight spaces (closet, wet bar) making sure all the edges, corners and joins were correctly done. I am extremely pleased with the final result and expect to talk to them on my next flooring project.

They did a great job. They were extremely diligent and they knew the stuff, as they knew what to do and they were fast. They had quality work.

We chose Charlotte Flooring & Design to install hardwood over concrete and wood. Customer Service was friendly and attentive --- always available to answer any questions. Becuase of the wood we chose and the type of surface availbale they advised us to "float" the hardwood over "quiet walk". The job was performed carefully and efficiently. All was completed on schedule. We are extremely pleased w/ the results and look forward to working w/ them again when we are ready to remodel any other rooms in our house.

The job was done fantastically, very professional. The installation crew paid a lot of attention to details such as cleaning up and being on time. The sand and finish crew did a great job, my new floor looks amazing better than I expected. The price was very competitive. I will recommend them to all my friends.
