This is an owner operated, two/three man operation to ensure quality and keep overhead down. This allows me to offer more affordable pricing to customers and guarantee satisfaction. Payment is 20% deposit on the first day of arrival for service and complete payment is generally due on final day of service, unless a payment plan is specified prior.

My Foundation Guys can stabilize floors and walls that have lost there structural integrity and began to sag or bounce most of the time without removing the flooring, lift settled floors, waterproof with french drains in the crawl space and lay 6 mil poly vapor barrier to help control moisture, install and maintain climate control systems for your crawl space, install sump pumps, build CMU piers, remove/replace damaged wood in the crawl space, remove/replace insulation, and waterproof basements.
Services we don't offer
We do not pour concrete slab foundations or drill helical piers.
