"Maureen fails to report that she also spent over an hour "consulting" with the technician on other projects while he was there. Adding to the time. She also failed to mention that we took her window to a glass shop and had it repaired and then delivered it back to her at no labor cost to her. And we did offer to fix any issue with the gutters."
"Karen is correct. We completely mishandled this job. Our communcation between the technician, the office, and Karen were not good. We attempted to rectfiy situation but Karen wanted not nothing to do with us. We have since put procedures in place to make sure this type of error doesn't happen again."
