Clint was on time and very polite. He let me know beforehand what the cost would be. He was quick and cleaned everything up. He let me know what to look for to call back. I would hire him again.

Very professional, explained the problem, recommendation for repair and followed through.

Everyone at the company was very nice however they misled me about their pricing. The work done was unnecessary and totally stupid. I had 3 toilets replaced at the cost of $1175.00. I complained about the pricing and work. They sent another Plummer to fix to satisfaction. He even said that was done was not necessary. I complained about the pricing to a manager and got a $233 refund. I was taken by money padding. Will never use them again.

Of the 3 choices that came up for my plumbing needs, Morris-Jenkins had the most reasonable price, were extremely flexible when they could do it and much friendlier on the phone when I was inquiring about the service that I needed. After I selected Morris-Jenkins the experience with the technician that came to my home could not have been better, she was extremely knowledgeable, personable/friendly, and did a very tidy job not leaving any mess behind what so ever. And the job was done expertly. I would certainly recommend Morris-Jenkins.

Price for replacement items is higher than you would see from a DIY retailer but they provide excellent, reliable customer service and ensure you understand all your options. Scheduling and follow up are managed well and their customer communications are great.

The plumbers did not leave until the job was completed and encouraged me to observe their workmanship.
