The crew did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day.

I spoke to the 'lead guy' while they were doing work in my neighborhood. He was very nice and professional. Originally wanted to cut down just one tree but he convinced me a second tree also needed cutting as it was hollow inside. I was incredulous at first but his analysis turned out to be correct and I was happy he had convinced me to cut the second tree as it could have posed a danger to the house. I had little interaction with the crew but it seemed as if some had just been banded together for one day and were not 'regulars'. They performed all work as agreed. However, the next day I found some empty cans can around the area where the work had been performed, this was the only thing that really bothered me and one of the reasons I felt they may not use a regular crew. I also found it hard to make contact with the owner. I tried calling him on two different questions and each time had to leave several messages before getting a return call. If I need more tree service I would probably consider them again as long as I could deal with the same 'lead guy' and he guarranteed he would stay onsite to supervise while the work is being done, but not sure if I could get over my reservations.

I hired them and signed a contract for them to do the work. They came out to do the job, however, they ended up walking off the job because they said it was underbid.
