Masters Roofing

Masters Roofing was great to work with. They worked around my schedule. They put me at ease with the whole process and explained anything I didn't understand. A joy to work with!!

The sales person,Tom was excellent. Followed up and kept us in the loop. He came by during the install and after to walk the roof and yard to make sure all was well .

Master's roofing replaced my entire roof on my house and shed. They did a great job with all of it and now I have a roof that looks nice and clean, and no leaks! Everyone I dealt with, from the estimator to the laborers were very professional and do their jobs well.

All employees very extremely professional. Scheduling was a breeze. Everything was explained prior the work started. No surprises. Work finished on time. Quoting process also was great as they were the only company to truly measure and take pictures ahead of time. We asked four other companies and they didnâ t put much time into evaluating the project.

I am still finding nails in my yard and flower beds. The job took longer than expected, and it took over a week after it was finished for them to pick up the extra shingles, etc.

I canâ  t say enough about the integrity and accountability of Masters Roofing, led by Jeff Matchen. After a storm a year ago, I called them to check out damage to the roof when I found a shingle on the ground. No, there was no damage from that storm, but they did identify hail damage from an earlier storm. And after showing the damage to my insurance adjuster, they installed a new roof, paid for by insurance. The real story, though, occurred a year later, when we noticed some mold on a closet wall after some heavy rains. Jeff came out and suspected there was an issue where the shingles met a dormer. They promptly re-roofed that area, tore out some custom cabinets in the closet and took care of the damage under the sheetrock. Based on the location of the damage, and looking more closely at the source of the water, they suspected that the failure was not from their roofing work, but due to a problem with the metal roof on the dormer. Despite that suspicion, they continued to honor their original ownership of the problem, including remediating the interior damage, replacing the insulation and sheetrock, repainting and, yes, even paying for the replacement custom cabinets! Needless to say, I was greatly relieved with their decision. Their ownership of the problem and candor throughout this situation was tremendous. It was very gratifying to see such professionalism at work. I can enthusiastically recommend Jeff and his company for any roofing work that you might need! Randy Shields

Great to work with

Masters Roofing did a very professional job. They brought a couple of samples to help us decide the perfect color. Once a date was established the crew showed up on time. At the end of the workday they cleaned and prepared everything for the following day. At the end of the job they did a very thorough cleaning around the house. The project manager showed up every day to check on the progress and explain any decision that we had to make along the way. They also did some work on a ceiling inside the house and worked through all the challenges until the work was done perfectly. I would recommend Masters Roofing anytime without reservations.

They were very easy to deal with, stay in contact, and did exactly what they said they would do. The cleanup was amazing and when they left you could not tell I had a roof put on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer.
