They did an excellent job on the roof it looks great the only problem I had with them was they say if you get other people to get that roof done with them you get $100 per home which they never followed up on Other than that great job

They contacted me the same day I inquired of Home Advisor. Conner was in the area and came out that same day to do an inspection of my roof. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I spoke with Jeff Matchen on the phone and he called back with a quote on the job. I requested to have the job done before Thanksgiving. I had several contacts with Colby when we were trying to get the job scheduled. I did not meet him in person, but was very pleased with his commitment to excellent customer service. In spite of rain delays, they scheduled the job for one week before Thanksgiving. When rain interfered again, I opted to have the job done the week following Thanksgiving. The crew came early in the day and did not waste time getting the job done. I am very happy with the completed job. Jeff came out to make the final inspection. A great company to work with.

The gentleman was very polite, had great customer service skills. I contact home advisor for my mother home. He was patient with her as well. I do thank him so much. I also needed some repair in the home inside the roof, there was some water damage. He said that he wasn't able to do it but he would let someone else know the job that was needed. Thank.

Good quick work, lead salesman knew his stuff and did not recommend unnecessary repairs. Only detractor from giving a full 5 is the constructors left debris in the driveway and by the woods, however sales team came by once notified and cleaned it up.

came out to the house to insoect a leaky portion of the roof within 2 hours of first call. no charge for inspection and even put test layer of caulk down for free.

They had fair pricing and did a great job on my dock roof replacement and clean up. The onsite team was friendly and easy to work with. The sales team made several visits to check on the work. I was VERY pleased and would highly recommend them!

Great experience. I got probably 4 quotes for the job. Jeff's was very competitive and he & crew were the most responsive. Roof was installed maybe 4 months ago - we have had lots of rain recently and the roof is doing well and no leaking.

Connor was the person that we dealt with. Connor is amazing, very personable, answered all of our questions, explained the process to us, helped us with our claim, kept in contact with us every step of the way. When the insurance adjuster came to inspect our roof, Connor made sure he was here to go over the damages with the adjuster. Our roof was installed yesterday and it looks amazing. It was completed in one day, just as Connor said. The crew cleaned up all the old shingles and nails and you can't tell they were even here, except now we have a new roof. We are very pleased and would recommend Matchen Roofing and Restoration, Inc. to anyone.

Jeff and his crew were great. They performed there work identified issues that I did not know I had and took care of them. They worked all day until it was dark and when the next morning came I found something that I was unhappy with. Jeff came out and had his guys correct it, no questions no problems. The thing that most impressed me was the honesty of Jeff and his dedication to customer satisfaction. I have already recommended Matchen Roofing and Restoration to several people and will continue to do so.

This is an awesome roofing company. I met with their representatives, they gave me my options, and even made decisions. I went with their recommendations. They were professional, did the work in the time they quoted me, and district manager and the owner came out on checked on the roofing project. I researched roofers for a long time, and Home Advisors made it so much easier, and removed a lot of my worry. The fact they sent out 2 project managers who explained the process, helped me choose my style of roof, it was easy sailing from there. I had specifically requested not to damage my rose garden, they covered them and everything was great. If you need a new roof, this is the company for you. I am going to have them do my garage for me. I am a five star customer.
