The sales rep was very professional and gave me all the information I needed without pressuring me to make a decision. I had some rotten wood that needed repair in the soffit as well as roofing timber that needed replacement. The soffit repair also required repainting. In addition new gutters were added. I was very concerned about clean up and not having nails and lumber around after the end of the project. The clean up was perfect. The job was done pretty much on schedule although bad weather postponed the start and the extent of wood damage took more time than originally estimated. The only problem I encountered was with one section of guttering which was done by the subcontractor. The top of the gutters were not put on because of the low roof line, but the sub did not talk to me about that problem. I called my rep as well as the manager at Lundberg and they were very responsive and the gutters were installed as I wanted without any additional cost or problems to me. Lundberg is a very good company and my roof and gutters are working perfectly.

The work was performed over a two year period because of money constraints on our behalf. We couldn't be happier with the work and the fact that Lundberg was willing to work within our budget and still get us what we had desired in the way of the Cedar ceiling in the screen in porch. Everyone was courteous and prompt. The workers all tried to clean up after themselves. The only complaint is that some of my landscaping took a beating, but almost all of the plants have recuperated. The nails were not always cleaned up as well as I would have liked, but I definitely had a wonderful experience overall!!!!

My roof was approx 20 years old and in need of replacement. I did my research not only on Angie's but GAF master roofers as well and Lundberg turned out to have excellent scores. They removed the old shingles instead of adding a second set over the first which I liked because then we could tell if any of the plywood was in need of replacement. The crew showed up earlier than expected but better that than late! They covered all plants and were able to do the job in 1/2 day! I got the roof in July but just now am getting to write this report and so far so good. No leaks and it looks like a new house I recommend the architectural shingles!

I had used them once before and they were very good and very nice. I had to call them a few times before they came out, but they were very nice and did a very good job.

David Lundberg was very thorough and professional in his sales approach as well as in overseeing the operations. His bids were very competitive considering that I wanted the highest quality products. The workers were prompt, courteous, and professional. Their work was of the highest quality, and they attended to all concerns which arose during this big project. David included some brickwork repairs on the front porch, as well as some new columns on the porch in order to add some additional value to the project. His quote for plywood replacement was $15.00 per sheet less than the other bids which I received, which worked out well because we ended up replacing 40 sheets of plywood! They cleaned up completely, and all of the work is of the highest quality.

It was a nice situation and it was not high pressured. Everything he said was true. Some other firms would not give me a quote before I signed with them. They said they could give me a price that day if I would sign with them that day. Lundberg did not do that. The lead up to the estimating process was very honest. The installation went wonderfully. The workers were very calm and polite. It was a pleasure working with the crew. David Lundberg came by and made sure everything was going good. It was everything I had hoped for and it was painless. Also the price was very good.

Their windows were awesome. The guys were most excellent and so nice. They were very polite and left a nice, clean site. They were fantastic. They office staff could do better at calling people. The siding I am not too happy with. They said they would not take my money until I am satisfied with it.

Never even got an estimate because they could not show up or call to reschedule the appt.

They were very efficient. Their service was good, they came right out and repaired it. It was no problem.

They were outstanding. I thought their prices were competitive. Their prices were excellent for the quality of work and the quality of the products. They were very professional. They don't sub the work out. The people that did the work are continuously on their pay roll. That was a very attractive feature to me.

The Lundberg crew installed 9 windows initially. They were quick and professional. I did have to have window manufacturer and Lundberg come back out to replace several pieces of defective window hardware. Several window openings had to be readjusted for plumb and level. Janet Lundberg handled the corrections in a courteous and professional matter. She was a joy to interact with. I am very satisfied with my new windows. My only concern was that I spent more than I planned.

The crew was excellent. They were very careful about trying to catch all debris. Despite rainy weather, the whole job was completed in 2 days. There were quite a few roofing nails left on the ground that I found. I did not receive the Angie's List discount. Is it too late to receive it? Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend them.

Steve came by promptly to give me an estimate and promised the work would be done by my specified date. He was very helpful with suggestions for the type of window that would look best on my house. The work was completed by that date. The inside work was clean. I have no painting to be done which is a real plus. The yard was also cleaned. The windows were left clean with all stickers removed. I'm very pleased with the results.

Happy with the end result, but customer service was lacking. Mr. LaPlace never spoke with the installer about the additional windows, and we ended up having to call him ourselves. By then it was too late to have the additional windows done at the same time as our install. We were never told that molding would be needed on the inside, and that we would have to pay to have it painted, which cost an additional $300. When asked about it, Mr. LaPlace said that it was necessary because the window spaces weren't square and that it wouldn't have looked right with just caulk. They knew the windows weren't square at the time of measuring. I asked that he consider splitting the cost of the painter which he begrudgingly did. Lastly, the work site was left a mess. Coke cans, screws, and aluminum trash weren't picked up. There was also damage to some of the cedar panels on the front of the house which has yet to be fixed. Again, Mr. LaPlace left it to me to follow up on with the contractor.

We went with them because of good reports on Angie's List and good work done on neighbors house. The first salesman was very aggressive and a turn off. We call the company and Steve Lundberg came out. He is the consummate gentleman and very professional and the owner. Everything was explained and discussed. We did have a few glitches all revolving around the windows and sliding doors which was the fault of the window company. Steve said that they have dealt with many window companies over the years and this company was the best. But there can always be glitches. When we were pressured to pay by the office staff before all the window issues were solved, we told them when the job is done we will pay. We finally talked to Steve Lundberg himself and he agreed, He said "Don't pay us till everything is done and you are satisfied. They did a good job and are known to be responsive when there is a problem.

Company was prompt and flexible to install. Installers were on time, friendly, and professional. It was raining heavily on and off all day, and they made sure they didn't track in any dirt into my house. I noticed an adjustment in a window, and it was done immediately as well as another one.

From the very first time that Mr. Lundberg came for the estimate I found him very attentive to our desires and very conscious of staying within our budget. When we had a desire for lets say cedar ceiling in the screened in porch and other wishes but the budget didn't quite have the resources then Mr. Lundberg and his crew came up with alternative ways for us to have the look we wanted within our criteria. When each stage of the work was in progress, the workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. When in the process of the work being accomplished and there were slight modifications from our perspective, then we found them very adaptable and still reasonable financially.

LUNDBERG STARTED SEVERAL DAYS LATER THEN SCHEDULED. WORK WAS DONE IN ONE DAY. STAFF WAS PLEASANT, BUT DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. ROOF WORK APPEARS WELL DONE. CLEAN UP COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, FOUND SEVERAL NAILS IN OPEN SPACES. PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

Had to jump through hoops just to get someone on the phone who had some idea what I was talking about. In the end, they wanted me to schedule time (a week later) to talk to someone there. Very, very inefficient.

Another vendor checked my leak the next day and made some slight repairs based on the original Lundberg installation. It is my opinion that, if you require roofing repairs, you should call another roofing vendor. Give Lundberg plenty of time to work down their backlog. Obviously they've been so successful in recent years that they cannot handle the work they have. Allow someone else to do the job more quickly and efficiently so Lundberg can catch up.

Did I have roofers out to my house? I would never had known if I wasn't expecting a new roof. Except for a few bits of debris on the interior from work around the skylight and the dog walkers report that the crew was there, I would never had known this company had replaced my roof. This was important to me as I have an active outdoor 3 1/2 year old and a dog. The new shingles and ridge vent look smashing and the quote came in about $2,000 cheaper than four other bids obtained. Invoice matched the quote.

Lundberg provided top notch service when I needed replacement windows. I spoke with several companies and I found Lundberg to be professional and reasonably priced. While I'm sure I could have gotten windows ''cheaper'', I was impressed with the quality of windows Lundberg offered. Also their reputation as a company put my mind at ease considering this was sizeable improvement to my home. The installation was completed in just one day and they were efficient and very friendly. The windows look great! I would recommend Lundberg to anyone in need of replacement windows.

We are extremely pleased with the timeliness of both quote and work, and with the quality of the work done. Work was done in 1.5 days, clean-up was excellent, no damage at all to lawn, shrubs, retaining walls.
