Service requested for two AC units. I explained to him the previous estimate and the current hardship that wouldn't allow me to replace the units at this time. Currently, Im out of work and taking care of my elderly grandmother that has cancer and a father with dementia. Keith advised I needed stop leak and Freon $340. He then in return stated that he added more Freon to downstairs unit for $90 more dollars, but I could pay him that amount later. I gave home $340 cash, and that same evening the air stop cooling upstairs. I tried to contact him the same day,.and next day no response. He later texted my husband and advised he was out of town, and he would be by upon his returned. Well, two days later we are still waiting. He text and stated that he would refund $160, well we are still waiting. You can't trust anyone these days. People prey on people that are in unfortunate situations and circumstances. However, you reap what you sow. Keith you remember me when God's vengeance come upon you. You should be shame of taking advantage of people the way you do, and if you aren't shame you will be soon! You messed with the wrong one these time...

i called keith to come take a look at my whirlpool fridge, he told me it needed the adaptive defrost control board. he didn't have the part with him so he came back the next day to install it. cost $320, i paid him cash. a week later, same problem. fridge not cold, no cold air from freezer entering into the fridge side. i called him and left a voicemail, he texted me the next day to tell me he just had a medical procedure done and he was going to be down for a few days. he said it may need the defrost thermostat also. i told him no problem, let me know when you can come back and take a look at it. this was the second week of july, it is now the middle of september and i've yet to hear back from him. during that time i changed the defrost thermostat and defrost heater and i've had the back freezer wall off a million times so i could defrost the evaporator with a hair dryer. i called him multiple times, my fiance called him from a different area code and left him a voicemail, nothing. after speaking to another appliance guy who was convinced the board keith installed was defective i bought one online from sears for $57 shipped. i put the board in and it fixed the problem. i know he is still around, last week i had somebody text him asking if he was still doing appliance repair and within 2 minutes he responded back asking where they were located and what kind of problem were they having. it is unreal how somebody could do business like this. i'm out close to $400 because of this clown, avoid this guy at all costs,

Keith came, 'supposley' tried to figure out what was wrong with the fridge. Charged I believe $30 for the service, said there was no problem with the fridge but that wasnt true. Texted again for him to return but got no response. Basically wasted $30 and the problem wasn't solved. Avoid this man at all costs. Unprofessional, irresponsible and not worth your time.
