Flooring
Jeff Hughes measured our house for flooring and over estimated square footage by almost 300 sq ft. Jeff Hughes charged us for about $1342 too much flooring and has kept the floor and wont refund the excess. His excuses have ranged from, you got all of your flooring to, yes there is a problem here, to, he found our lost flooring in his fathers warehouse (Hughes Floor covering) and would try to sell it and get our money back, to, I'll bring the excess to you because I can't sell it, (we told him we didn't need the excess and wanted a refund, to he's done all he's going to, don't call me again. To telling me who his attorney is. This has been ongoing since February 2018.

His price was reasonable. He did an excellent with our roof. He was very fast, prompt, professional. I would highly recommend him. He does everything.
