It was an excellent experience! Ben went out of his way to communicate the services offered and to understand what my needs and expectations were. He came to my apartment with the cleaners to get a feel for my situation and to insure we all understood what was to be done. I have the highest praise for the cleaners. Their work ethic was of the highest caliber. They worked steady for 3 1/2 hours and did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail was beyond reproach. They obviously knew what needed to be done and went about their business professionally. Neither spoke English, but that wasn't an issue. Ben prepared them well and there was no need for me to explain anything to them. Where communication was needed, we used a translator to insure understanding. It was a very seamless effort. I will look forward to using them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone.
