Fred is good about his estimates- he gives it in writing. My experience was very good and they are dependable. The quality of their work is always high.

He was very responsive. He was also very professional and very nice, but I didn?t like him. He came out to take a look and I told him what we wanted. He explained the process and provided us a written estimate.

I left them a message, and they never called me back.

JFK Construction was extremely helpful, and very forthcoming with the information. They were very top-notch on the phone. The call was about 5 minutes long. I got the information that I needed. They had the information readily available. They had good phone etiquette and a pleasant tone.

Very well. The company gave us an estimate and we knew what to expect whenever we decided to add or upgrade. Weekly progress reports were submitted. Most of the subcontractors did great work. The project manager did an excellent job.

It went better than we expected. It was completed by our target finish date. I did have the finish date written on the contract, though, which I would recommend. I would hire JFK again and am excited about our new 'space'. If you have the ability to tell them exactly what you want and monitor the project on a daily basis. I think you will be very happy. We had our own plans and also hired our own structural engineer to get the process started. Which I would recommend as well. That way JFK can give you an accurate, detailed quote regarding exactly what they will and will not do. We did the flooring carpet and all of the painting and priming ourselves which ended up being cheaper in the end but it was hard work painting two ceilings.

We were very happy w/ the design and quality. We had some questions about the painting, and I decided to finish it up myself because it was a small job.

He was very sarcastic, kind of a know it all, and didn't think that I would have any idea what needed to be built here. He didn't think that I needed to be concerned with the details of how he was going to do his job or what it was going to look like when he completed it.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE OWNER, FRED KATZ, TO RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR SOME ADDITIONAL WORK. BUT OVERALL, JFK DID A FABULOUS JOB & WE WOULD PROBABLY USE HIM AGAIN.
