We have used Joe in the past to replace our water heater so when it came time to need our kitchen faucet replaced, J & E was our first option. We called on Monday morning, he gave us a price over the phone and scheduled us for the next day. Fortunately, he had a cancellation and was able to get it done on the same day instead. 
Joe is great and we will definitely use him whenever we have the need.

It went great as always! I highly recommend Joe's services.

I don't remember how much I spent, but it was a good price. They were prompt and responsive. It didn't take a long time for them to get here from the time I called for the appointment. He came and he did the work. It's been fine ever since then. I had a good experience with them. Their customer service and professionalism were good. I would use them in the future.

They did a very nice job and it looks really great. They were very professional, thorough and accommodating. He explains things really well and answers all my questions. He did some extra work for me and did not charge me anything for that.

Initially found J&E drain through my American Home Shield Contract. They came out and looked at our issues and determined that our home warranty would not cover due to faulty installation (pipes were never installed properly). They offered to complete the work and schedule an appointment. Getting the appointment scheduled was difficult, but once scheduled they were on time, quick and did a nice job of cleaning. In fact, the final cost was actually half of the initial estimate - so I appreciated the honesty. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Joe Horne came as soon as he finished another job, which was within 2 hrs. He was professional, very efficient, and identified and fixed the problem immediately. It was obvious that Mr. Horne had years of experience because of his confidence. He got right to work with little chit-chat. When he finished he said " the leak is fixed"! Convinced me, don't see a drop or water anywhere.

It went great! I was contacted within an hour of placing the request for service on line with AHS. Joe Horne contacted me and scheduled the appointment for the same day. He arrived as scheduled, found that I had two leaking supply lines and promptly replaced them. He was courteous and professional. I would definitely use his services again.

Repair work went very well. Technician was on time for the appointment and did a thorough job in checking all areas of bathroom. We were pleased with the result. Our home warranty company recommended J&E to us and we would use this company again.

They were right on time. They even called us ahead of time to let us know that they were on their way. They represented their company very well. We had no problems interacting with them. They joked around about the tight spot. They really did not have any troubles getting it installed. They had the job completed very quickly.

I will say that I did have a very pleasurable experience in dealing with these guys one on one. Everyone was very kind, and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They were very quick to answer our questions and left no details out. We do have to give them a call back as we need them to take care of the extra water line that was left.

He was on time and kept his word. Very courteous and professional.
