Improved Outlook has been a family owned and operated business for 30 years. Most of this time was in WI and in NY, but we have now relocated to Charlotte, and we bring our reputation and experience with us. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure-washing, gutter cleaning, and chandelier cleaning. As the business owner, I also do the work myself. This gives you peace of mind that you know exactly who is going to show up and be walking around your home all day. We love working in big, beautiful homes, and we cater to the customers that are looking for a reliable, trustworthy contractor whose focus is on doing the job the right way. We do not use poles and brushes to clean windows on houses, but take the time to use ladders and squeegees so that we can do a perfect job every time. Your satisfaction is our number one objective, and we are willing to do whatever it takes to leave you completely happy.

Improved Outlook really exceeded my expectations. They agreed to arrive early in the morning to clean the insides of windows before people arrived for work, keeping disruption to a minimum. Very thorough and professional. Their bid was competitive and they even power-washed all the screens...I didn't realize how dirty the screens were until I saw what the world looked like after they finished. Will defienetly use them again, and hire them for my home as well.

Estimate was the most reasonable of 3, and the service was as promised and professional. The job turned out to be bigger than estimated but Improved Outlook honored the original price. Really good work at a bargain price.

Gabe came right on time, did his job, and put everything back where it was. For the sized of our home, and the number of windows, he was reasonably priced. He exceeded our expectations.

Zack and Ernie arrived half an hour early and were finished in about 2.25 hours. They did an excellent job, far better than the last people I had. I liked the professionalism of Gabe when he came to do an estimate. He was less about getting the job as about getting the job done and being confident that his guys would do just that. They did!

I've used Improved Outlook for a number of years. Gabe is very responsive to phone calls and is very professional. He does a great job and if there ever was a concern on my part if something wasn't done to my satisfaction or a snafu on my list of projects (I leave a note of what's to be done) Gabe comes back immediately to discuss/remedy the situation. Gabe is great at sending out reminder cards at the start of the spring and fall seasons. I don't always do all the windows inside and out and Gabe is fine with what it is I want to do each season.

The principal, Gabe, visited the house, listened to our needs and offered an estimate and a job date. He then returned on the stated date to begin the work and brought an able crew along to complete the job. He itemized each service fee and presented no hidden or unexpected charges. He also provided an overveiew of what the work would entail, so we knew what to expect while the crew was on the job. Each member of the three-man team (including Gabe, who worked on and oversaw the project) was courteous, respectful, thorough and effective. They finished the job conscientiously and in a reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up well. This is the third window service we have used in the past 4 1/2 years (at least one that is listed on Angie's List) and we will definitely continue to call on Improved Outlook over the others for the long term. We highly recommend the company.
