Cris cut my hair and did a wonderful job. It was not too expensive, and she gave a wonderful consultation. She clearly knows how to cut hair.

Walked in and scheduled an appt. for a later date. Colorist was somewhat skilled, but there seemed to be an underlying tenseness with everyone, couldn't put my finger on it? Maybe a case of micromanaging going on at this place.
Girl who cut my hair seemed far away in her own world...not a very happy person, or really tense? Anyways, it was a fast cut and then a fast blowout and it was over. It was not a great style, and I left vowing to go back to my old stylist!! Got a call later from the salon about my experience, and that was surprising, so I wasn't wrong about someone in the background trying to keep things flowing smoothly for the customer, but I imagine the staff feels differently and it gets conveyed to the customer. Very young staff and I will def return to my old stylist, a real pro!

It's been out of this world and I've never been in any place like this. They have one person that cut your hair and one person that color it. Every time you go in there, they want to know exactly what you wanted doing and they tell you what they're going to do. I never walk out there unhappy, I walk out of there glowing, which is unbelievable. My hair is really white and they make it look like it's natural.

I have used the same hairsylist and colorist for years. When they moved to Fresh from another salon, I happily followed them. They do absolutely amazing work. The level of service and professionalism at Fresh is above board all the way. Unfortunately, I can no longer afford their rates so I have had to go elsewhere.

Amanda has been cutting my hair for well over 2 years and she is really good. I have had several employees work with coloring my hair and I have had only one real disappointment but that colorist is no longer there. All of the folks at the Ballantyne Commons location are very professional, friendly and efficient.

I love Julia (for my color) and Nikki( for my cut) at Fresh Salon. I've been going since they opened and have always had a great experience. Julia is an artist when it comes to hair color. I give her full autonomy with my color and trust her completely. Nikki provides awesome cuts. Despite only needing trims over the past couple of years, this week when I go I am planning on a "big" cut. Can't wait to have Nikki work her magic. I never have to wait to be seen and I enjoy that there are beverages available.

Lovely intimate salon. Convenient to my neighborhood and staff is always very accommodating when I pop in without appt. Stylists are talented and do hair well. I haven't used their color or cut services so can't comment on those.
