Foundation Repair
Our home has an addition, and the floor had begun to settle and slope. Austan, Zach, and Rylie jacked and shimmed the foundation and installed a vapor barrier and French drain with sump pump. They worked ho*** ** a difficult job in a tight crawl space, and they were very responsive and communicative. They did an excellent job, and we highly recommend this company.

We could not have been more pleased with our Foundation Doctor experience. We had foundation issues stemming from poor drainage, and met with three foundation / crawl space providers. From the start, Foundation Doctor put our minds at ease. They educated us on all the potential options, and helped us to make the decision that was right for us. While on site, Hitz and Fox kept us in the loop throughout the repairs, sending us updates throughout the week. They have even followed up to make sure that we know how to use our new smart sump pump. I also love the fact that these folks are local and not a huge national company. They stand by their work! We are confident that Foundation Doctor will help our family's home stay safe for many years to come.

Basement Waterproofing
When you call the typical foundation and crawlspace company, the common response is "We'll send someone out to give you a quote". It is very difficult to get a knowledgeable person on the phone. Vince at Foundation Doctor was nice enough to give me his time on the phone to discuss my issues. He then volunteered to come out to take a look for himself since it was a somewhat unusual situation. After he and his associate took a look he said he didn't think I needed his help and we went outside to look at where he thought we may find the problem. He took a look at the landscaping and made suggestions for what may be done to fix the cause of the problem. The landscaping fix will be much less expensive. This after other companies quoted thousands of dollars to fix a crawlspace problem that wasn't the cause of the issue. Vince never offered a quote or tried to sell me anything. He just asked me to let him know how the landscaping fix turns out. I can't tell you how rare it is to find a company that will share their experience with you and expect nothing in return. Based entirely on the integrity and helpfulness they showed, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our crawl space was sealed and dehumidified during the Covid-19 lockdown. That said, our initial appointment was rescheduled because one of the crew was not feeling well. We so appreciate their efforts to adhere to health and safety guidelines! The crew promptly turned up at the next assigned date, wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing. They even managed to complete quality work in less time than expected. Foundation Doctor is professional, honest, courteous and reliable. These are genuinely good people, who you would want to invite over for dinner.

crawlspace needed structural repairs to my wood framing and piers, an internal french drainage system to stop water intrusion, as well as installation of a 10mil floor liner to help keep moisture levels down. FD was EXTREMELY professional from my initial call and on-site appointment, to the guys doing the installation. I was kept informed throughout the entire process so there were no surprises. I HIGHLY recommend Foundation Doctor for any crawlspace work!

An easy recommendation for anyone looking for foundation repair or a honest estimate. These folks know what they are doing and are profesional. Vince and the crew performed the services on a timely basis. Vince came back to address some water issues and determine the solution to the issues which led to the situation getting fixed as needed and also meant we did not have to do some things on the existing quote to fix what was needed. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up after they left.

I really respect their honesty, them showing up exactly on time and being very straightforward to me. Outside of sheet rock repair the DIY cost less than $60. But a lot of elbow grease outside the sheet rock repair. In discussion, I was confident that if it were a more significant issue involving the foundation, I would have been quoted more than fairly.
