Great JOB!

I was concerned with several issues with the floors in my Mom's house: a hump running down the hallway and a sagging floor in one bedroom.  I called Falcone because of the information on their website and previous Angie's List reviews. Falcone's staff  communicated well through the whole process.  Eve, the scheduler, was responsive to my need for an early appointment.  She sent a confirming email with a link to an video introduction to Marlone Cannon  who came out to evaluate and do an estimate.  Marlon arrived on time.  He looked at the problem floors and then was very open to my brother-in-law joining him to examine the crawlspace. 

Marlon explained the problems clearly - not easy with structural problems. He answered all questions on the causes, issues, his proposed solution, and what we could expect.  The estimate seemed fair for the work involved.The work took two days. Jack Pickens and his crew arrived timely and kept Mom informed of progress.  They did find that a second pier needed to be replaced but I am satisfied that this could not be foreseen until that section of the girder was out.  Jack and his team came back a week later at our request to make some adjustments. He let us know that they can come back again months from now after there's been more time for settling. 

I highly recommend Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair.  Good & skilled people.

But it's a minor detail compared to the value of the deal & quality of work.

We have not had the work done since it involves "gutting" our main bathroom to access the crawl space and reinforcing the area.  Will definitely use this company when we proceed as they are exceptionally professional and provided a reasonable estimate for the work needed.

Work was done according to specs. The only issue is that they did not
check with me when the job was done so I could not go over it with them.

I cannot recommend Falcone more highly. Everyone in the company who I had contact with, from Marlin who did my estimate to Eve in the office to Joe and his crew who completed the work, were professional and efficient. Each person took the time to explain the process to me and answer all my questions. Their work was high quality and completed early. It's refreshing to work with a company which has a commitment to customer service as well as providing outstanding workmanship.

I would recommend Falcone to anyone needing foundation reapairs. They are very professional, punctual and stand behind their work.

Did not use this contractor.

I did not use their services, but found that their price was competitive. My decision not to use their services should not be considered a mark against them as I chose to go with a general contractor because I decided to have other work done at the same time (painting, masonry, etc.) and he was able to handle all of the jobs within his company.

They were fine, but their price is just too much.  My overall experience with them was great.

We got several estimates from very reputable companies but felt most comfortable working with Fred.  We actually got our first estimates about 18 months before beginning the work.  Fred came back in January and gave us an updated estimate.  Falcone?s work crew came about two weeks later to begin the work.  They always arrived on time and worked hard from the minute they got here until they left. 

Our work took almost five days and when they left they had cleaned everything up very well.  Our crew leader Joe was very knowledgeable and took time to explain anything that we asked about.  He even stated that when they returned in a month or so he would replace some insulation that needed to be replaced.  He also said they would follow up again a few months later to check for settling.  There were several guys working here but we only remember Joe, Shane, Fred, and ?D? by name.  We?d like to thank all of the crew for the excellent job they did.  We still have not crawled around under the house to take an up close look, but up inside the house the cracks are mostly gone and the floor is much more stable and level.  We are now able to close a bathroom door that we have not been able to close for years!  We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Falcone.

They were prompt, professional and effiecient.  They did an excellent job while trying not to disupt the daily activities of the household.  At the conclusion they cleaned the site and left it spotless.

The company was prompt in coming out to evaluate our foundation.  We are still considering having the work done, but we feel secure with  hiring this company.

Got a bid that was less than professional than the one I chose at a price that was higher.

I bought a coupon from Angie' list for $199 but my crawlspace was a little bigger so I paid a little more, but overall they did a great job. They showed up on time and performed the inelegant task of clearing out the debris under my house without hesitation (a task worthy of a coupon in of itself). They installed the barrier without issue and it looks great.

Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair seemed to be very good, very knowledgeable. This company was my first choice but another was a better fit for the job. This quote included some things that I didn't really require, some heavier materials for instance. So the selection was based on our requirements. I'm sure he would have done an excellent job.

During the home inspection, prior to closing on our new home, the inspector highlighted several concerns related to the interior foundation piers. We checked Angie's list and called Falcone to come out and give an estimate for repair. We used that estimate to go back to the seller and negotiate the repairs into a lower sales price.
Closed on a Friday and Falcone started work the Monday after. These are the hardest working contractors I've met. They were here from 8 AM to 6 PM the first day. Our house was built as a Lake Cabin in the mid 50's and was added onto several times throughout the years. The crawlspace is minimal. The Falcone crew was all dirt and sweat, but the cramped quarters didn't slow them down for an instant. They replaced 11 piers and fixed others to give the house a foundation for the next 60 years. Nice level floors and no squeaks!
What was supposed to take 4 days took 3 and the crew really worked hard. They earned every penny earned that week!
The best crew lead I'm met in a long while, DeVoris Hopkins, "D". He had the crew working and tasked. He provided excellent updates and explanations in plain English. A "gentleman" besides. Senior supervision even stopped by to see how things were going. Lot's of contact, updates and delivery ahead of schedule.
Would use them again and again, but I know on this house I'm solid.

Very professional.  Service Tech phone to alert me he was running late.  Took photos before and after work.  Very pleased!
