Elusive Tile and Flooring

Donavan Carpenter, did not finish the job. The work that Donavan did do, was sub par, and not something a person calling himself a tile and flooring professional would ever do.
Donavan was hired to install wall tiles that were to be butted up against each other. Because Donavan did not use a wet saw, and tried to cut the tiles by hand, he did not get straight cuts. So most of tiles have more than a quarter sized gap between them. The grout that was then put in after, has cracked or has come out completely. Not only that, but none of the tiles are flush with each other. It is a complete abortion. 
Donavan did not polish the edges of the tiles, because he did not have the right equipment and did not know how. He was full of excuses. 
Donavan then attempted to remove old caulk from my shower. In attempting to remove the caulk with a screw driver( wrong tool) he cracked a large tile in my shower. Instead of replacing the cracked tile, he simply filed in the large hole with the wrong colored silicone. He then did not attempt to remove any more caulk and simply left my home with out even cleaning up after himself. And kept all the money he was paid for work he did not do. 
Because Donavan arrived 4 hours late, to the job, and I had to leave before he was finished, I paid him in full, trusting him to finish the work he was paid for. Do your self a favor, and do not let him in your house, if you have any pride in your home.
