Mother's Day flowers were delivered to me from an out of state friend. The flowers looked wilted when they arrived and I cared for them the best I could. By Monday 1/2 of the flowers were dead and by Wednesday morning they were all dead. My friend paid $100 for this floral arrangement. I called Elizabeth House Flowers and the person I spoke to apologized and said that they had received many complaints about their Mother's Day deliveries. I was told that it being a very busy holiday that some of the flowers were not at their peak. The person I spoke with not only offered to refund my friend's credit card but to also deliver another arrangement free of charge. Excellent customer service! 5 min later I received another call to tell me this information was incorrect and not only would my friend not receive a credit but the owner (David) was extremely rude, told me to take my business elsewhere and then hung up on me.

I ordered a "Tulips and Pine" bouquet for my friend's birthday. I have used Elizabeth house flowers in the past and they always prepared exotic arrangements with the highest quality.
I was so embarrassed when I saw a picture of what they sent. The flowers they sent to my friend were all wilted. One of the secondary flowers had like 3 petals on it. The vase was downgraded and there was no bow. When I compare the photo of what I ordered vs what she received, they look nothing alike. This arrangement looked like something that was removed from a clearance rack at the grocery store.

Ordered the flower arrangement on-line with no problems.  When I arrived for the funeral and saw the arrangement, I was disappointed.  The arrangement was much smaller than I expected and there was supposed to be a ribbon around the basket handle that wove through the arrangement per their description.  There was no ribbon.  The arrangement was light pale flowers, which is one of the reason why I chose this arrangement, however the ends of the roses were already browning.  I've ordered from Elizabeth House of Flowers in the past and received beautiful arrangements.  This one was a big disappointment and I will go with another florist in the future.

The flowers were beautiful and at the funeral home in plenty of time.  Arrangement lasted in good condition afterwards.

Elizabeth Flowers created a beautiful birthday bouquet based on an offering on their website. The flowers were beautifully arranged and they lasted almost two weeks. They provide a high quality product .

I had called the business early in the fall for an estimate on getting several centerpieces for an event that I was holding during the Christmas holidays and was a little frustrated by the experience because they couldn't send me pictures or creative ideas for inexpensive centerpieces. I didn't end up using them for that project, but when my mother-in-law came in town for Thanksgiving she wanted a centerpiece for the table and I directed over there, as it was one of the few shops nearby that wasn't a grocery store. She had WONDERFUL experience and got great service from the staff there and the centerpiece she came home with was gorgeous and lasted over 3 weeks. Love that they made this a good experience for my out of town family!

What they show on there web site is exactly what was delivered,the quality of the arrange has always been good.It has always been delivered right on time.

The arrangement was ordered on-line late in the evening on a Friday.  I goofed and chose the wrong location of the funeral home.  April called me early Saturday morning to verify which location the arrangement needed to be at.  The flowers arrived that afternoon at the correct location.  The entire process was very smooth and I really appreciate the attention to detail for following up with me and not making me feel like an idiot for my error.  April was very compassionate and helpful.

They were very nice on the phone and for Angie's List members offered a discount for first time customers. My son sent a picture and the flowers were beautiful.  Great Job  and very easy to deal with. They were delivered on time as well.

The flowers were exceptionally fresh and beautifully arranged.  I've ordered numerous time over the last several years for both work and family occasions and Elizabeth House never fails.  They are more expensive than some florists, but always worth the extra cost.

They were expensive just for balloons but I believe that is probably in line with other florists as they don't really make a lot of money off balloons. They were fine but I probably would not order balloons again in the future. There was nothing wrong with their service and they were prompt and polite. The quality was fine. I would rate them overall an A. I think they were supposed to include two mylar balloons with my order and they delivered latex. I probably would not use them again.

The arrangements are always beautiful. They are expensive but always worth it.

This florist answered the phone immediately & took my order including my special instructions.  I didn't know when or where the recipient would want the flowers delivered, and this florist handled the situation perfectly.

I have ordered three flower bouquets of varying prices -- $50, $80, and $70, all including delivery -- from Elizabeth House Flowers over the last four months. Each recipient has commented that the bouquet was amazing, and one noted that she knew where she would order flowers in the future. I placed two of the orders online and placed another by phone. I have been very pleased and will use them again.

I had seen arrangements from EH, and knew I wanted to use them as my florist. On several occasions I have asked for an arrangement of their choice for a specific amount. Sometimes I have requested a specific flower to be included, but mostly I leave it up to the florist. My wife has always been blown away with the arrangements provided and they always draw positive attention from her co-workers. I have no idea how price matches to other florists, but I do not care. The quality of their arrangements are outstanding and definitely worth the price.

They did an nice job and the flowers were beautifully arranged. We had several flowers that were favorites of our parents and they included most of those along with others that worked well with the color scheme. Ordered a week ahead and we picked up at the store.
