Installation went well to begin with. However, after being in the home a little over a year the hardwood is starting to come apart. My home is on a concrete slab and settling seems unlikely. The builder gave us the number for Elite and we've tried contacting them several times, left several messages and this company is basically ignoring us. We simply wanted to talk with them about the issue and any options we would have to fix it. We thought the warranty was probably expired but they wouldn't even talk with us about a paid job. If you?re going to spend your money on hardwood independently or through a new construction then make sure this is not the vendor they use! This company's service after the sale is horrible.

The final installation of the hard wood floors was poorly executed.  The quality of the wood floor and workmanship was terrible. the comapny did not address the legitimate issues with the floor.  BUYER BEWARE!  Do not use ELITE FLOORING.
