We hired Eli to repair a door threshold and then fully encase a three panel sliding glass door frame. We had wood rot at the base and did this to try and prevent future problems. A year later and now we have black wood/moisture damage on the threshold under the door showing when we lift up the carpet inside of the door. We asked him to come back out and take a look. He said he would but never showed up. Do not hire this company. They obviously do not know what theyâ re doing, and donâ t back up their work.
