I called on Wednesday and the only time they had was Friday due to the fact the everyone's A/C's were overworking. I was at work and my boy was at home when the tech arrived. The tech was unable to fix the unit and had to order a part. My kid called to tell me that the other unit is not even working at all. I called Dulin back and explained what happened and I believe it was the owner that went out to the house and was able to correct the one unit. By that time my wife was at the house and she asked for the amount to write a check and he said wait until Monday just see how it goes over the weekend. Monday rolls around and the tech finished up and left an invoice and a note to call the office. I was very pleased with the customer service that Dulin provided. He was not about the money... It was all about taking care of his customers.

Contacted Mr. Dulin around a week ago with problems with our air conditioning. Scheduled an appointment and he came out. Had initially planned on getting several estimates, but after he came out we felt positive that he was who we wanted to perform our job. Within one week of our consultation he had our unit in. They were fast, prompt and courteous. Their pricing was right on. I would highly recommend Dulin Mechanical Services to anyone who needs heat and air work. Thanks Mr. Dulin for your help.

Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year and we called Dulin Mechanical and others on Angie's List. They were very helpful and the company president came out the same afternoon and gave us a very complete and competitive bid. Their installation team arrived first thing the next morning and had a new furnace working for us before noon! The work was passed by the county inspector the next week, and Dulin helped us with the utility rebate. The furnace works great and we're very happy with the service provided.

The workers were good and polite. They left the area clean. They were very prompt and on time. There was only one problem we had but they came out immediately to fix it. They had better prices than the others I had looked into. I would definitely use them again.

I haven't made up my mind who I'm going to use for this project yet. They gave me six different options that I could do, at different price ranges. They're very professional and very honest and very upfront. They told me that if I didn't want to do it in the Fall, to give them a call in the Spring. He told me sometimes it's better if you have time to think about it. He told me to call him so he can tell me when the rebate will be in effect for the Springtime.

We had a good experience with Dulin. The price was fair, the workers were punctual and professional. My only small complaint was that once the system was finished and the gas meter installed, (on a Friday) they didn't make it out to turn on the system despite two separate phone calls to their office. My husband was able to figure it out so that we did have heat over the weekend, but it would have been better if they had called us back, come out and done it for us. Aside from that, they have been great at following up to correct the small fixes that needed to be done after installation was finished. Overall they did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

We've had used Dunlin for about 3 years now because of good reviews here and also our own good experiences. It started with a blower motor repair in 2011 and since then Dunlin has performed the annual check ups of our AC and heating units as well as a couple of smaller repairs to our full satisfaction. Last winter they did the winter maintenance and we pre-paid already the AC unit check up for summer. When the AC unit was serviced I expected a free maintenance but we ended up paying $240 for adding R-22 to each system. That was kind of a disappointment. I had had low refigerant issues in the past and had not noticed any issues of that sort in our current property. However, I am certainly not an expert and have to assume we were indeed low on coolant. This summer we returned from vacation and our upstairs unit wasn't cooling. We called Dulin and the service rep. came out the same night at 23pm on a Saturday to check it out, which we truly appreciated. Turned out to be flipped breaker right at the unit at the outside of the house. He turned the power back on and advised us to monitor the situation and call back if the problem occurred again. So far so good and I believe we paid about 180 for the service which is fair. Sure enough, the breaker kept tripping and the following Monday my wife called in to have it checked. I myself wasn't there and the service rep explained to my wife that our unit was too old (about 14 years or so) and drawing too much power and that was tripping the breaker. He advised that we would need to replace the unit. I don't know what system analyses he ran and I believe we were not charged for this second visit. When my wife called me to explain the situation I couldn't believe this explanation. Because I'm not an expert, I relied on a quick google search to find out what typically causes the ac units breaker to trip. The age of the unit was not among the top ten. At that point I got kind of suspicious and because it was a fairly cheap and easy thing to do myself I installed 2 new capacitors. Since then the unit has been working flawlessly. Later, when our second unit showed the same symptoms, I also installed 2 new capacitors which fixed the issues. I don't know if Dulin's mechanics are paid commission based, but we felt that we cannot trust their assessment any longer and that he was trying to sell us something at a high cost that we don't (yet) need. Since then we switched to another company to service our heating / ac units.
