I got quotes from three companies, offering brand names of various quality. Mickey gave me quotes on the spot for two systems, with a few different options. During the month it took us to decide, he called a couple of times to ask if we had any questions. He answered them patiently and got us technical specs as requested. Their price was $1,000 cheaper than another estimate for an identical system. It also includes one-year service contract. Installation day was uneventful, they arrived about 30 minutes early and were done right on schedule. During the month since it's been installed, they've come to check in to make sure everything was working, and that we understood how to operate it. The new system is working great, very quiet, and should cut our cooling/heating costs quite a bit...but we'll see how much.

Josh was honest and was breath of fresh air after 2 of the other companies that provided estimates.

Wonderful. Have been extremely helpful at finding solutions to problems we have experienced due to a bad installation from a different company. Dulin's techs have found and fixed problems overlooked by several other HVAC companies consulted. They are consistently pleasant, efficient, insightful, and their prices are refreshingly reasonable. They have always been very honest with us, and I will definitely use them again.

Mickey from Dulin Mechanical is wonderful! He didn't charge us more than what we needed to repair the downstairs fireplace and completed the job in less than an hour. He was very professional, nice, and I would definitely recommend Dulin Mechanical to others and will definitely call upon them again.

The overall customer service was exceptional. Josh Newell was the sales representative that we dealt with. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and easy to work with. All options were explained in great detail. After receiving multiple estimates we elected to go with Dulin due to their fair price and emphasis on customer service. We lost heat completely on a Wednesday, during a cold snap, and were desperate to restore heat as quickly as possible. In order to make this happen Josh had to come out late Friday night and Saturday to install the unit himself. The other companies offered installation no earlier than than the middle of the following week. I would highly recommend Dulin, and specifically Josh Newell to anyone who is in need of a new heating and cooling system or major repair.

Very professional and courteous staff. They answered all of my questions and performed the work as described and on schedule.

I called them to check on a problem with my A/C. The lady who answered the phone said the dispacher was out to lunch, and she would have them call me right back. It has been 2 days and no one has called me. I even told them I found them on Angie's List.

These guys were great. Mike (the gentleman that came to the house to do the quote) was flexible with our schedule, and was a joy to do business with. He explained the various replacement options and combinations of equipment that we might want and gave us quotes for each of them. He was not pushy at all and took the time to be thorough. The installers showed up early and cleaned up after themselves. After they were gone, the only way I knew they had been there was that I now had cool air in the house again. They did have to come back out to top off the coolant because the installers were a little short, but were very prompt in the followup.

Their listing states free estimates. VERY misleading. They only give free estimates for heating/AC installations otherwise charge $75 for an estimate. Did not request their services.

The company sales representative, Mike Crump, was very informative concerning heat pump systems and explained his recommendations. He arrived at the time scheduled, worked up two quotations and expressed willingness to come up with a third if I needed to go with a less expensive heat pump manufacturer. Though I ended up going with another company based on price/warranty offer, my impression was very favorable.

Dulin was the third of three companies that we had give us estimates for the same equipment and Dulin was about $1000 cheaper than the other two. Mike (initial rep) was very thorough in explaining what work was going to be performed and gave me everything in writing. The guys who did the labor were very courteous and prompt. I would definitely hire them again for other heating/cooling needs.

VERY NICE EMPLOYEES. DID NICE WORK. HOWEVER, DID HAVE TO CALL THEM WHEN IT TURNED COLD SINCE HEATER WASN'T TURNED ON. GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY.

I HAVE USED DULIN FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THEY ARE AS HONEST AS THE DAY IS LONG. JOEY IS 'OLD SCHOOL' WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THE OWNER, JOEY, IS VERY FRIENDLY, EASY TO TALK TO, EXPLAINS ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, AND IS QUICK TO RESPOND. THEIR PRICING IS VERY FAIR AND I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE.

THE REPS WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND HAD MANY SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVING PROBLEM AREAS. THEY ALSO MADE US AWARE OF A REBATE THAT ANOTHER COMPANY NEVER MENTIONED.

WOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER USING IN THE FUTURE.

ON FRIDAY OF THAT WEEK I CALLED TO INQUIRE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. THEY DIDN''T. THE FOLLOWING WEEK I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS ON THE SCHEDULE FOR THAT FRIDAY AT 8:00. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY AND THEY SAID THEY''D CALL ME BACK. THEY DIDN''T. I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THEM NOT TO BOTHER SHOWING UP, I CONTRACTED ANOTHER COMPANY

HAVE CALLED FOUR TIMES AND THEY HAVE NOT COME OUT. NO RETURN CALLS OR APOLOGIES.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL AFTERWARDS.

THEIR PRICE WAS SUBSTANTIALLY LESS THAN ANOTHER COMPANY'S FOR THE SAME WORK, BUT THEY WERE RECOMMENDED HIGHLY BY A FRIEND. THEY DID THE WORK AT A GOOD PRICE.
