DL Automotive's prices were intermediate. I fely like they were pretty honest about what was wrong. They were very courteous. They follow through and they had the work done on time. My car is running good afterwards. They have a really good attitude. When I went in, they listened to me. They really tried to find out what was wrong with my car. They called me back and let me know before they did anything. They really looked for the root cause of it. I felt pretty good about them which is rare.

THEY CHARGE A $27-56 FEE FOR ESTIMATES. THEY CLAIM THAT IT APPLIES TO THE SERVICE, BUT IT DIDNT. THEY DONT DO A THOROUGH CHECK AT ALL. MY FRONT BRAKES WERE GOING OUT AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT GET AROUND TO LOOKING AT THOSE. VERY SLOW AND UNKNOWLEDGEABLE. THE SECOND TIME I TOOK MY CAR IN THEY SAID I HAD TO DRIVE IT AROUND FOR 15 MINUTES AND LET THE NOISE GET LOUD, THEN I SHOULD BRING IT BACK.
