Description of Work: All employees were friendly and professional to talk with. Techs were punctual and friendly. However, installation was less than desirable. Tech was messy, didn't cover his shoes or pick up after himself, no literature left, no instructions, no signage and equipment didn't work properly. Garage equipment was installed into sheet rock without anchors and fell out of ceiling. Hopefully when I really need them all will go well. Not sure if I would use them again and would only refer with explanation.

Description of Work: Had an alarm installed with cameras. Had some problems with the cameras that took a couple of service calls to correct, but every time was a great, professional, experience, and now the system works great.

Description of Work: Estimate for upgrade to existing system. Needed to add 2 medical pendants. |Deal primarily in bundled promotional packages with high (50/mo) monitoring cost. May continue to use them because they are the least of the evils out there.

Description of Work: Had CPI Security for 13 years. Experienced house fire that CPI's response saved house. However, to replace system, they demanded full payment at time of install. Insurance doesn't work that fast and we couldn't go out of pocket thousands of dollars in advance. CPI was unwilling to work with payment plan to replace system. If I was a new customer, I would have received most of my equipment free, but since I was an existing customer, no arrangements were allowed. Very disappointed and will NEVER use CPI again due to their poor customer loyalty and service.

Description of Work: To make a long story short very expensive! $49.99 a mo. and a five year contract and after 2 years we are moving and they want $495.00 to move system or we pay for full contract! If the buyers do not want system you can pay for it for them!! They told me it was going to be a great selling feature for the house??

Description of Work: Installed additional equipment; activated Internet connection; service technician was outstanding in analysis, efficiency, and professionalism (also was good natured about the Labrador stealing tools). Highly recommend company.

Description of Work: We had an issue with the keypad telling us a door was open when it wasn't. We called CPI and they sent a technician out who arrived on time and adjusted one of the codes on the keypad that had been linked to the wrong door. It was efficiently corrected and the technician noticed that we didn't have a glass break sensor and installed one without charge. They have always been responsive to false alarms and remind us through email to check our security system on regular basis.

Description of Work: CPI offered everything we required at a competitive price. The only problem I had was that I asked the sales person if I could sign into there web site from my Tracfone. He indicated that as long as I could sign onto the web with it it should work. When the person doing the installation came they indicated that I probably could not use the Tracfone.
