Description of Work: My phone call to setup an appointment was handled professionally by Whitney. I could hear her smiling through the phone line. During my appointment, a thorough evaluation of my system was performed, including the attic and outside air conditioning unit. Several issues were identified and a follow-up visit was arranged within the week. Both Andre and Kelvin are professional and knowledgeable. They patiently listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I am very confident that my system is in good hands.

 + -1 moreTill this day, I still use this company. They are set to come out two times a year and maintain my systems and change the filters. I have also used them in the past and they have always been on time. I am very content with them. I have referred them to friends as well and they have used them. I would say that they are a better company than any other one I have ever used before.
Description of Work: Cool Breeze installed two 3 ton air conditioning units in my 3000 square foot home and replaced the coils upstairs as well.

 + -1 moreThis is an A company. I had no problems with them and I had no complaints. I will comment that their work is neat, their communication levels are good and their prices are fair. They treat their customers with respect and I would give them my business in the future.
Description of Work: I had two ducts put in my more than two thousand square foot home. I also had a vent installed within my home. I also had a heater put in the house and there is a humidifier attached to this unit. This company took out my old heating system and put in my new unit for me.

We were just impressed with them. They were also willing to work around our schedule. The workers were great. The price in the end was consistent with the quote.
Description of Work: Cool Breeze HVAC installed a new three-ton heating and air conditioning unit. The contract also included the removed the old one.

 + -1 moreOur system went out on Memorial Day and he came right over and did not charge extra for holiday service. He actually charged us $500 less than quoted since he was able to get a brand new model that had been discontinued. It has saved on our energy bill which is great. We were impressed with how clean he did the job and the time he spent doing it.
Description of Work: We had a new heat pump and air conditioning unit installed in our 2000 square foot town home. It is like an all in one unit however I can't think of the brand name.

Description of Work: Cool Breeze replaced the condensing unit on my central air unit. They removed the old one and took it with them. It is a unit big enough now to cool our 2500 square-foot home efficiently.
