The installer was amazing and did an excellent job.
The sales person did not really spend any time or explaine things to me.
I was not happy with the way the closet cam out and told the sales lady and she said that is what I signed the contract for.
Everything was great...EXCEPT...the saleperson did not estimate my dress needs correctly and she did not give me the proper room for shoes.

We called this company to build out our home office -- 2 built-in desks with overhead cabinets and some shelving for printers and network equipment.  The designer (Sandi) came out when she promised and gave us some great ideas.  She was able to incorporate all of our needs in the design, and the price came back reasonable.  The installers (David and Robbie) were punctual and finished the job in 2 days as promised.  They were extremely conscientious and friendly, and we had no problems leaving them at the house alone all day while we were out.  They took pride in their work and the result is fantastic -- we couldn't be happier.  I would recommend this company highly to anyone.

As always, Jenny and the administrative staff were quick, efficient and ultimate professionals.  I love working with Jenny and have great confidence in her ability to accomplish great design with maximum storage and cost effectiveness.  The flooring company was very professional and timely.  They did a great job and were happy to make any adjustments to ensure we were thrilled with the results.  As with everything at C&S, it comes with a warranty (this item is for 5 years which due to the nature of the product and an industry standard).  As far as the closets, they were installed quickly and with superior workmanship.  I had a time constraint and they went out of their way to rework their schedule to accomodate my needs.  Closet and Storage Concepts is a top notch company and their pricing can't be beat.  I have spend close to $15,000 with them and I will never go anywhere else for storage needs.  They are the best!

....after the initial visit and design which was a dual effort between myself and my designer (Jenny Dabbs), I must have made at least 4 different changes to that design.  Every re-deisgn I introduced was given a welcome response.  We communicated via phone, email, cell, sms, and each time my changes were welcomed and given immediate response. 

I made a final decision on the design and it was submitted for production.  I was offered an instlation for my convenience... and on that day they arrived with everything they needed for a complete instlation.  The installers arrived promptly, introduced themselves, explained the process of their work.  They were professional; covered my floors and carpet with canves and were respectful of my home.  Also, were very flexible with my suggestions on the shelving being adjusted.

This was an absolutely great experience, from start to finish.  The company was more cost effecient than the competitors and I was treated withe professionalism and respect through out the entire process. 

Highly recommend this company for your storage needs.  This system cost me less than what the cost  figured from the systems offered at both LOWES & HOME DEPOT, AND they were more cost effective than their competitors.  The quality of this cabinetry is more attractive and gives my home a better value.

 

We bid out some reputatable alternatives and took a chance with Closet and Storage Concepts as they all came in relatively close. It was well worth it. Everyone was an absolute professional and extremely competent from start to finish. We are in the final stages of an extensive and arduous renovation and this company was one of the few that did not disappoint us. Jenny was very knowledgable and responsive. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure I had fabulous dressing room at the end of it all. The installation was meticulous and quick. The installers were extremely clean and courteous. The whole experience was pleasant and the results were excellent. I look forward to inviting them all back to work on the garage and remaining closets.

I used their big deal. I paid $210 over the big deal. I liked their system because I had one put in earlier in another bedroom. They were easy to schedule and get it done. 

We were very pleased from the start! Robert was very professional and knowledgeable of his product. Waited two weeks for 
installation and are very pleased with the end product. The installer was also very professional and did a wonderful job installing
the cabinets. He cleaned up when he was done! We would certainly use this company again.

My consultant was Jenny and she was great. She measured and created a sketch that would house my clothes and shoes. The installer was very prompt, polite and professional. I am so pleased that I have found myself just staring at my new and improved closet.

Everything was good and we were very happy. They came on time and installed within the time frame.

All I can say is....WOW! I interviewed three companies, all companies had VERY similar pricing, and very nice reps, but that's where Closet Storage & Concepts separated itself from the competition. I loved the quality and detail of their closet drawers and finishes. They "upgrade" the edges and knobs as part of their standard price. In addition, they were the only one who had a high quality looking glaze for our mudroom that blended in with our kitchen cabinets - all for the same price as their competitors (whose cabinets all looked cheap in comparison). Our rep Jenny was super helpful - we went to their showroom to confirm the glaze and cabinet type we wanted in the mudroom & she recommended using a laminate top for the bench seat. Great idea! We picked a color that blends perfectly with the cabinet color & we know the kids won't destroy it. Finally, I HAVE to mention the installer - I think his name is David. The poor man - with the economy, I guess they only send out a single installer for jobs, and ours was a large one with all the closets and other areas. The first day (3 closets + small storage area off the kitchen), I think he was at my house for about 12 hours. He was absolutely Fantastic. His attention to detail is something I don't see much anymore, and he was kind to my young children who wanted to "help" him when in-fact they were honestly probably a bit annoying. When he came out the 2nd time for the custom glazed mudroom (again, he was only here for about 10 hours that time), his attention to detail simply surprised me - he re-cut & replaced all the floor mouldings after installing the bench, and he spent quite a while making sure the bench seat fit perfectly since the walls weren't perfectly straight. It doesn't look like a "closet" system - it looks like it's part of the kitchen cabinetry. They say they have a lifetime warranty (hopefully I won't have to take advantage of it), but I did notice a "d***" in one of the shelves, and David stopped by my house the next day with a new shelf! Bottom line is, I don't give out glowing reviews very often, so it was nice to see a company that seems to really strive for excellence.

They sent a man out when they said. He did a terrific job. I was not charged one dime. He rebuilt that entire unit. The people were really nice.

They did well with the closet so I had them come back and do more work. The price seemed reasonable.

My experience could not have been any better.

From start to finish everything went well. We liked their design the best and they worked with us on the total cost. They were on time, finished it the same day, cleaned up after themselves - it was such an easy process. Now after almost a year, we still love our closet and feel we got great value.

He is very professional and will work within your budget.

We used this company when we built our house, for our master closet and the pantry. They did such a good job we didn't get any other quotes this time and just decided to book them. Cheryl was great. She really listened to my needs and designed/utilized every inch. When the installer came out we were even happier. He came in, installed the system and cleaned up after himself. It sounds funny, since that is what you expect from a company, but not what you always receive. They were the easiest company to deal with during our home building process.

I was able to get an appointment for an estimate within 24 hours, and received a couple options and estimates the next day. The work was done on schedule. The crew was very professional and neat, which is important since they were working all over the house. The finished product is very functional and very good quality.

In April, I met with the designer and described what I wanted. They made suggestions to help with the finished product. They designed them and once they were done, they came and had them installed within three and a half hours. They are very high quality. I am happy they were able to get this done before the baby was born.

My consultant was Sandi Barnes. She was very helpful during the consultation and took all of my needs into account and said she would email me a design and quote. The finished design was far superior to the one that I received from another closet company but cost several hundred more. I went with this company because of the shoe storage options and the final cost was still within my budgeted range. There was a delay because the plans were sent to the incorrect email address and after waiting a week I had to call the company to get them. How about a call to see if I had received them and ask me what I thought? Then I never received the deposit information and contract, and after trying to contact Sandi via email and phone, I gave up and again got a response when I contacted the company directly. The installation was very smooth and they did a great job. Overall, I am very pleased with the finished product.

Service was very prompt. Different reps came out for each job starting with Mr. Coover to consult for the entire job. Each job took about a day and the workmen were polite, clean and well-groomed. All in all the experience was extremely positive.

Cheryl Dodd gave us an estimate for our Master Bedroom closet. We have sloped ceilings in the closet, so it was a little challenging. Cheryl had the best price, but we chose another company as we liked their design better.

A representative met us at our house to see the space and then drew up a sketch. We are happy with how the bench came out and the choices we had (materials, hardware, etc.). They were polite and courteous, and came back to touch something up.

Excellent service, product, and price. Could not have been better!
