My 14 yr old gas water heater finally lost bladder control. Bernard was excellent and a true life saver. He was quick and courteous, embodied being on time, and did a fanstatic job. Pricing was excellent. In two hours I had a new water heater, expansion tank, and gas exhaust installed.

They did a satisfactory job and were trustworthy. They met my expectations. They were professional and did quality work.

Showed up when he said he would and promptly got the dishwasher installed and placed the old one in my garage so that a friend could pick it up. They then removed the old doors on the tub, cleaned off the old caulk and installed the new doors. This was followed by the removal of the shower door/panel which along with the tub doors he hauled away. He received an emergency call and had to leave but returned early the next day as he said he would and quickly finished the job. No damage was caused to the existing tile, they did a fantastic caulk job, cleaned up very nicely. Everything looks great, works perfectly, a great job!!

Took several days but he was persistent.

I really like that they are responsive and communicate well with me. They did good work and got it done quickly for only having two guys here. They were very professional and courteous while they were in my home.

Showed up on time, did the work professionally, did the work quickly, and left the place clean!

HE CALLED TO TELL ME HE WAS ON HIS WAY AND WE AGREED TO MEET AT THE PROJECT AT A SET TIME. I WAS THERE ON TIME, HE WAS 50 MINUTES LATE. I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT THAT HE WAS "ALMOST THERE". MIND YOU ALMOST 2 HOURS AFTER HE SAID HE WAS ON HIS WAY. WHEN HE SHOWED UP HE WAS ABRUPT WITH ME, WHICH I FOUND IRONIC CONSIDERING I HAD BEEN STANDING AROUND WAITING ON HIM FOR 60 MINUTES AT A VACANT HOUSE. I FELT HE SHOULD BE ESPECIALLY NICE TO ME AT THIS POINT. BUT WHATEVER, HE TOOK ABOUT 90 SECONDS TO LOOK AT THE JOB,(WHICH EVERYONE ELSE TOOK AT LEAST 10 MINUTES TO EVALUATE THIS COMPLETE REPLUMBING ON AN OLD HOUSE), AND HE WAS GONE. NATURALLY HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK OR FORWARDED A BID AS PROMISED.

IT'S A COUPLE, AND THEY WORK SO WELL TOGETHER AND THEY CALL YOU BACK IMMEDIATELY. I'VE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS AND THEY'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.
